【摘要】：為搞好司法體制改革工作,海南省財(cái)政部門(mén)牽頭組織力量,在全省和部分兄弟省開(kāi)展了涉案罰沒(méi)資產(chǎn)管理調(diào)研。調(diào)研中對(duì)于的涉案罰沒(méi)資產(chǎn)的管理現(xiàn)狀,當(dāng)前存在的諸方面的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,指出了罰沒(méi)資產(chǎn)集中管理的重大意義,以及建立涉案罰沒(méi)資產(chǎn)集中管理辦法。
