【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)生著深刻的變化。我國(guó)《勞動(dòng)法》應(yīng)根據(jù)不斷變化的新情況,在勞動(dòng)關(guān)系主體的范圍、勞動(dòng)者人格尊嚴(yán)的保護(hù)、工資約定制度、職工培訓(xùn)制度以及社會(huì)保障制度等方面做一定的調(diào)整和完善,以利于更好地保護(hù)勞動(dòng)者的權(quán)益,維護(hù)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, profound changes have taken place in the social economy. According to the constantly changing new situation, the labor law should protect the human dignity of the laborer in the scope of the main body of labor relations. Wage agreement system, employee training system and social security system should be adjusted and perfected in order to better protect workers' rights and interests and maintain social stability.
