　　本文是一篇基于《企業(yè)金融服務(wù)協(xié)議》中譯英的翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,所選文本由三部分組成,分別是《電子銀行企業(yè)客戶服務(wù)協(xié)議》、《網(wǎng)上代付服務(wù)協(xié)議》、《企業(yè)金融服務(wù)平臺(tái)客戶服務(wù)協(xié)議（網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融）》。該協(xié)議由作者和專業(yè)審校合作完成,主要內(nèi)容為定義條款,涉及服務(wù)協(xié)議的條目定義,其中法律術(shù)語多并且內(nèi)容專業(yè)。委托方要求譯文用詞準(zhǔn)確,語言使用符合規(guī)范,保證譯文前后流暢以及語義、風(fēng)格和文體的對(duì)等。本報(bào)告共分為六個(gè)部分:第一部分是引言,介紹了該翻譯項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)容、背景、來源以及委托方要求;第二部分是翻譯過程描述,介紹了譯前準(zhǔn)備過程中所需的平行文本、翻譯輔助工具以及術(shù)語表的制作,以及譯后所作的質(zhì)量審校和術(shù)語統(tǒng)一工作;第三部分是翻譯過程的理論指導(dǎo),介紹了功能對(duì)等理論以及該理論對(duì)法律文本翻譯的指導(dǎo)作用;第四部分是文本分析,介紹了所選文本的內(nèi)容和類型,從詞匯和句法層面分析了文本的語言特征。第五部分是翻譯技巧與譯例分析,作者結(jié)合案例分析,從詞匯和句法兩個(gè)角度,總結(jié)具體的翻譯技巧;第六部分是實(shí)踐總結(jié),歸納了筆者在翻譯過程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)所得,總結(jié)了不足之處并給出了相關(guān)建議。針對(duì)翻譯過程中遇到的問題,筆者結(jié)合具體案例,分析出以下解決方案:針...
