　　本文是一篇基于《企業(yè)金融服務協(xié)議》中譯英的翻譯實踐報告,所選文本由三部分組成,分別是《電子銀行企業(yè)客戶服務協(xié)議》、《網上代付服務協(xié)議》、《企業(yè)金融服務平臺客戶服務協(xié)議（網絡金融）》。該協(xié)議由作者和專業(yè)審校合作完成,主要內容為定義條款,涉及服務協(xié)議的條目定義,其中法律術語多并且內容專業(yè)。委托方要求譯文用詞準確,語言使用符合規(guī)范,保證譯文前后流暢以及語義、風格和文體的對等。本報告共分為六個部分:第一部分是引言,介紹了該翻譯項目的內容、背景、來源以及委托方要求;第二部分是翻譯過程描述,介紹了譯前準備過程中所需的平行文本、翻譯輔助工具以及術語表的制作,以及譯后所作的質量審校和術語統(tǒng)一工作;第三部分是翻譯過程的理論指導,介紹了功能對等理論以及該理論對法律文本翻譯的指導作用;第四部分是文本分析,介紹了所選文本的內容和類型,從詞匯和句法層面分析了文本的語言特征。第五部分是翻譯技巧與譯例分析,作者結合案例分析,從詞匯和句法兩個角度,總結具體的翻譯技巧;第六部分是實踐總結,歸納了筆者在翻譯過程中的經驗所得,總結了不足之處并給出了相關建議。針對翻譯過程中遇到的問題,筆者結合具體案例,分析出以下解決方案:針...
