《荷蘭空間活動(dòng)法案》述評(píng)及對(duì)中國(guó)的啟示

【摘要】：基于遵守國(guó)際空間條約義務(wù)、滿足荷蘭空間活動(dòng)對(duì)立法的要求,荷蘭于2007年頒布了《荷蘭空間活動(dòng)法案》。該法案體系完整,涉及相關(guān)定義、適用范圍、許可證、空間物體登記處、損失賠償?shù)葍?nèi)容,對(duì)中國(guó)立法具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Based on compliance with international space treaty obligations and meeting the legislative requirements of Dutch space activities, the Netherlands enacted the Netherlands Space activities Act in 2007. The system of the bill is complete, involving the relevant definitions, scope of application, licenses, space object registries, compensation for losses, and so on, which is of reference significance to Chinese legislation.
