【摘要】：隨著全球化一體化進(jìn)程的加速,各國之間傳統(tǒng)邊界被互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、新興科技日趨消減,跨國移民比以往成為普遍社會經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象。為了構(gòu)筑良好的地緣環(huán)境,跨國非法移民治理不僅成為相關(guān)國家難以回避的問題,還預(yù)示從單一的國內(nèi)治理向跨國共治的趨勢轉(zhuǎn)變。本文通過對云南沿邊州市跨國非法移民進(jìn)行了實地調(diào)研,分析了跨國非法移民及相關(guān)問題,提出"身治"與"心治"相結(jié)合的跨國非法移民治理模式,探討地緣政治、邊疆政治、國家安全和民族關(guān)系作為提升跨國非法移民治理的路徑。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of globalization and integration, the traditional boundaries between countries are gradually reduced by the Internet, and transnational migration has become a universal social and economic phenomenon than ever before. In order to build a good geographical environment, transnational illegal immigration governance has not only become an unavoidable problem for relevant countries, but also indicates the trend from single domestic governance to transnational co-governance. Based on the field investigation of the transnational illegal immigrants in the bordering city of Yunnan Province, this paper analyzes the transnational illegal immigrants and their related problems, and puts forward the governance model of transnational illegal immigrants, which combines the "body rule" and "heart rule", and probes into the geopolitics. Frontier politics, national security and ethnic relations are the ways to improve the governance of transnational illegal immigrants.
