【摘要】：人民法院作為維護(hù)社會(huì)公平正義的最后一道防線，是社會(huì)主義法治社會(huì)的中流砥柱�？梢哉f，做好基層法院的思想政治建設(shè)其意義是非常深遠(yuǎn)的，其不僅關(guān)系到基層法院的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)角度來說，更關(guān)系到國家的長(zhǎng)治久安以及我國全面構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)偉大戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃的最終成敗。因此，作為基層法院?jiǎn)挝粊碚f，應(yīng)當(dāng)時(shí)刻把握時(shí)代的脈搏，順應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展。在執(zhí)法的指導(dǎo)思想、執(zhí)法工作的重要使命和責(zé)任，面臨的形勢(shì)和任務(wù)等方面，務(wù)必要進(jìn)一步加以明確，認(rèn)清形勢(shì)，理清思路，，找準(zhǔn)位置，真抓實(shí)干，務(wù)求實(shí)效。在當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的時(shí)期，圍繞構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的總目標(biāo)，在堅(jiān)持以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)的前提下，強(qiáng)化法公正意識(shí)，高度樹立司法和諧的理念，在執(zhí)法工作中一切著眼于和諧，一心謀劃和諧，全力促進(jìn)和諧，為構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)提供強(qiáng)有力的司法保障。在當(dāng)前社會(huì)大環(huán)境背景下，基層法院的思想政治建設(shè)的研究對(duì)基層法院的司法審判活動(dòng)、提升司法人員的素質(zhì)以及化解基層法院所在地的矛盾等多方面都發(fā)揮了不可替代的重要作用。本文試圖從基層法院的思想政治建設(shè)的角度來闡述其在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)進(jìn)程中扮演什么樣的角色以及如何扮演好這樣的角色。本文總體分為三個(gè)部分： 第一部分，思想政治建設(shè)概述。這部分內(nèi)容主要從基礎(chǔ)上介紹了思想政治建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵、做法與意義，為下一步的研究掃清理論障礙。 第二部分，主要介紹了基層法院的思想政治建設(shè)對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的重要性，重點(diǎn)論述了基層法院搞好思想政治建設(shè)在當(dāng)今構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)中發(fā)揮重要的作用。具體從法治方面與加快構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)進(jìn)程兩方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了論述。在法治方面主要論述了思想政治建設(shè)在促進(jìn)司法改革、提升司法形象公正，推動(dòng)正義走向群眾等方面的重要作用；在和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建方面，主要從思想政治建設(shè)緩解基層法院所在地區(qū)的社會(huì)矛盾以及基層法院功能的發(fā)揮兩方面進(jìn)行了論述。 第三部分，基層法院思想政治建設(shè)的新思路，這一部分立足于我國基層法院思想政治建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀，闡述了當(dāng)前我國基層法院思想政治建設(shè)的可取之處與不足之處，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了基層法院的思想政治建設(shè)的新思路，力求為基層法院思想政治建設(shè)工作出謀劃策。
[Abstract]:As the last line of defense to safeguard social fairness and justice, the people's courts are the mainstay of a socialist society ruled by law. It can be said that it is of great significance to do a good job in ideological and political construction of grass-roots courts. It is not only related to the further development of grass-roots courts, but also to the long-term stability of the country and the ultimate success or failure of our country's great strategic plan for building a harmonious society in an all-round way. We should always grasp the pulse of the times and conform to the development of the times. In the aspects of the guiding ideology of law enforcement, the important mission and responsibility of law enforcement work, and the situation and tasks we are facing, we must further clarify the situation, understand the situation, and clarify our thinking. In the present and a long period in the future, around the overall goal of building a harmonious society, under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, we should strengthen the sense of justice of law. To establish the concept of judicial harmony, to focus on harmony in law enforcement, to plan for harmony, to promote harmony, to provide a strong judicial guarantee for the construction of a harmonious society, and to provide a strong judicial guarantee for the construction of a harmonious society in the context of the current social environment, Research on the ideological and political Construction of the basic Courts; on the judicial activities of the grass-roots courts, Improving the quality of judicial personnel and resolving contradictions in the seat of grass-roots courts have played an irreplaceable important role. This paper attempts to expound the role of judicial personnel in the construction of social masters from the perspective of ideological and political construction of grass-roots courts. What role and how to play such a role in the process of a harmonious society. This paper is divided into three parts as a whole:. The first part is an overview of ideological and political construction, which mainly introduces the connotation, practice and significance of ideological and political construction on the basis of this part, and clears the theoretical obstacles for the next research. The second part mainly introduces the importance of the ideological and political construction of the grass-roots courts to the construction of a harmonious society. This paper mainly discusses the important role of the ideological and political construction in the construction of a harmonious society at the grass-roots level. The author discusses the following two aspects: the rule of law and the process of accelerating the construction of a harmonious society. It is necessary to discuss the role of ideological and political construction in promoting judicial reform. Promote judicial image justice, promote justice to the masses and other important roles; in the construction of a harmonious society, This paper mainly discusses the two aspects of ideological and political construction to alleviate the social contradictions in the area where the grass-roots courts are located and to give play to the functions of the grass-roots courts. The third part, the new thinking of the ideological and political construction of the grass-roots courts, which is based on the present situation of the ideological and political construction of the grass-roots courts of our country, and expounds the merits and shortcomings of the ideological and political construction of the grass-roots courts in our country at present. On this basis, this paper introduces the new ideas of the ideological and political construction of the grass-roots courts, and tries to make suggestions for the ideological and political construction of the grass-roots courts.
