【摘要】：目的:研究益養(yǎng)通絡方治療糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變的臨床療效。方法:將88例糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變者隨機分為觀察組和對照組各44例,觀察組患者采用益養(yǎng)通絡方治療,對照組患者采用西藥實施干預診治,觀察比較兩組患者臨床療效及神經(jīng)病變評分。結果:觀察組患者治療總有效率為88.6%,明顯高于對照組的70.5%,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后,觀察組患者的神經(jīng)病變總分為(5.18±1.39)分,明顯低于對照組的(6.37±2.05)分(P0.05)。結論:益養(yǎng)通絡方具有益氣活血通絡的功效,可改善微循環(huán),促進神經(jīng)組織的恢復,控制糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變的發(fā)生與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Yiyang Tongluo recipe on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 88 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group (n = 44) and control group (n = 44). The patients in the observation group were treated with Yiyang Tongluo recipe, and the patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. Results: the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 88.6%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.5%) (P 0.05). After treatment, the total score of neuropathy in the observation group was (5.18 鹵1.39), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (6.37 鹵2.05). Conclusion: Yiyang Tongluo recipe has the effect of invigorating qi, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals, which can improve microcirculation, promote the recovery of nerve tissue and control the occurrence and development of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
