乳腺癌組織中SOX4、EZH2的表達(dá)及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的觀察上皮-間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)調(diào)控因子SOX4和EZH2在乳腺癌組織中的表達(dá),探討兩者的臨床意義。方法采用免疫組化En Vision兩步法檢測(cè)241例乳腺癌組織及126例癌旁非腫瘤乳腺組織中SOX4、EZH2的表達(dá),分析兩者表達(dá)的相關(guān)性及其與乳腺癌臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果乳腺癌組織中SOX4的高表達(dá)率為82.2%,顯著高于癌旁非腫瘤乳腺組織的高表達(dá)率(57.1%,P0.05);EZH2在乳腺癌組織中的高表達(dá)率為80.1%,顯著高于癌旁非腫瘤乳腺組織的高表達(dá)率(47.6%,P0.05)。SOX4高表達(dá)與腫瘤淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、TNM高分期、HER-2高表達(dá)相關(guān)(P0.05);EZH2高表達(dá)與腫瘤組織學(xué)高分級(jí)、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、ER陰性、EGFR陽(yáng)性、Ki-67高增殖指數(shù)相關(guān)(P0.05),并與SOX4表達(dá)呈顯著正相關(guān)(rs=0.256,P0.001)。結(jié)論 EMT調(diào)控因子SOX4和EZH2在乳腺癌組織中表達(dá)上調(diào),兩者可能共同參與乳腺癌的轉(zhuǎn)移,有望成為預(yù)測(cè)乳腺癌轉(zhuǎn)移的潛在生物學(xué)標(biāo)志物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of epithelial-interstitial transformation (epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT) regulatory factors SOX4 and EZH2 in breast cancer and to explore their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical En Vision two-step method was used to detect the expression of SOX4,EZH2 in 241 cases of breast cancer and 126 cases of non-cancerous breast tissues adjacent to carcinoma. The relationship between the expression of SOX4,EZH2 and clinicopathological features of breast cancer was analyzed. Results the high expression rate of SOX4 in breast cancer tissues was 82.2, which was significantly higher than that in non-cancerous breast tissues adjacent to cancer (57.1% P0.05). The high expression rate of EZH2 in breast cancer tissues was 80.1, which was significantly higher than that in non-tumor adjacent breast tissues (47.6%). The high expression of EZH2 was associated with the high expression of HER-2 in tumor lymph node metastasis and TNM high stage (P0.05), and the high expression of EZH2 was associated with the high grade of tumor histology. The expression of Ki-67 was positively correlated with the expression of SOX4 (rs=0.256,P0.001) and ER negative in lymph node metastasis (P0.05). Conclusion the expression of EMT regulatory factors SOX4 and EZH2 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues. Both of them may be involved in the metastasis of breast cancer and may be a potential biomarker for predicting breast cancer metastasis.
