18 F-FDG PET/CT雙時(shí)相顯像在肝癌診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值探討

目的本研究的目的是探討18F-FDG PET/CT雙時(shí)相顯像在不同類型肝細(xì)胞癌(HCC)診斷中的不同表現(xiàn),以提高該方法診斷的靈敏度和特異度。方法對經(jīng)病理學(xué)檢查確診的小肝癌、結(jié)節(jié)型肝癌和巨塊型肝癌各40例進(jìn)行回顧性評價(jià)。使用德國Siemens Biograph Turepoint 40 PET/CT成像儀和18氟-脫氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)對所有病例進(jìn)行PET/CT顯像檢查,依托半定量評估基礎(chǔ),計(jì)算最大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)攝入值(SUVmax)。結(jié)果在40例小肝癌患者中,21例(52.5%)、在40例結(jié)節(jié)型肝癌中,24例(60.0%)和40例巨塊型肝癌中,37例(92.5%)病灶延遲相SUVmax較早期相升高(F=16.714,P=0.000);小肝癌患者早期相和延遲相SUVmax分別為3.99±1.40和4.17±1.99(t=-1.406,P=0.168),結(jié)節(jié)型肝癌患者早期相和延遲相SUVmax分別為5.04±1.87和5.23±2.25(t=-1.364,P=0.180),巨塊型肝癌患者早期相和延遲相SUVmax分別為6.98±...
