右側椎動脈開窗畸形一例

【摘要】：正患者女,60歲�；顒雍蠹耙归g感胸悶、心悸,無氣促,無下肢水腫,時常頭昏不適,有時伴視物旋轉、模糊,時有手足麻木,睡眠欠佳。體檢:頸動脈搏動正常,無頸靜脈怒張,未見腫大淋巴結。實驗室檢查無明顯異常。頸動脈CTA所見:椎動脈呈左側優(yōu)勢型,右側椎動脈起源于右側鎖骨下
[Abstract]:Positive woman, 60 years old. After activities and nighttime chest tightness, palpitations, no shortness of breath, no lower limb edema, often dizzy discomfort, sometimes accompanied by rotation, blurred, sometimes numb hands and feet, poor sleep. Physical examination: normal carotid pulse, no jugular vein rage, no swollen lymph nodes. There was no obvious abnormality in laboratory examination. Carotid CTA showed that the vertebral artery was left dominant, and the right vertebral artery originated from the right subclavian region.
