跑步什么時(shí)候最好

【摘要】:正許多派出所民警都喜歡跑步,究竟晨跑、午跑、夜跑哪種最好?其實(shí),適合自己的就是最好的,而清楚了解各時(shí)間段跑步的利與弊,才能選擇最適合的。晨跑優(yōu)點(diǎn):使一整天精神飽滿;缺點(diǎn):加大心腦血管負(fù)擔(dān),空氣質(zhì)量令人擔(dān)憂;建議:室外健身不宜過早,晨跑前不要吃早餐。不少人認(rèn)為早上起來運(yùn)動(dòng)有助于提高新陳代謝,讓人一整天都精力充沛,精神飽滿。不過,早上鍛煉會(huì)加大心腦血管的負(fù)擔(dān),熱身不充分,甚至有關(guān)節(jié)受傷的危險(xiǎn)。

Advantages: full of energy throughout the day; disadvantages: increase the burden of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, air quality is worrying; suggest: outdoor fitness should not be premature, do not eat breakfast before the morning run. Many people think that getting up in the morning helps to boost metabolism and energize people all day long. However, exercise in the morning will increase the burden of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, warm-up inadequate, and even the risk of joint injury.
