【摘要】：正隨著人口老年化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,進(jìn)入更年期的人群也不斷增多。由于健康教育宣傳普及力度不夠,大多數(shù)人包括醫(yī)護(hù)人員,對于更年期的認(rèn)識(shí)存在很多誤區(qū)。這些誤解以訛傳訛,不僅范圍廣,而且影響深,對本病防治造成一定阻力。筆者簡單梳理認(rèn)為最常見的誤解包括以下幾種。子宮切除后不再有更年期很多處于更年期的婦女,由于子宮、卵巢行手術(shù)切除后,已多年沒有月經(jīng),因而沒有絕經(jīng)前月經(jīng)紊亂的表現(xiàn),當(dāng)她們出現(xiàn)失眠、疲勞、盜汗等"鬧更"現(xiàn)象時(shí),卻很
