【摘要】：晚期囊袋內(nèi)人工晶狀體復(fù)合體脫位是白內(nèi)障術(shù)后較少見的一種潛在并發(fā)癥,嚴(yán)重影響了患者的生活質(zhì)量,通常需要手術(shù)處理。人們對這種并發(fā)癥越來越關(guān)注,因為近年來有數(shù)量增長的趨勢。該種術(shù)后并發(fā)癥可能以較長時間周期呈現(xiàn)。有研究顯示白內(nèi)障手術(shù)和脫位之間的時間間隔為10.9 a,人工晶狀體脫位的累積危險度在白內(nèi)障摘出術(shù)后10a、20 a和25 a分別為0.1%、0.7%和1.7%。晚期囊袋內(nèi)人工晶狀體脫位是白內(nèi)障術(shù)后多年的進(jìn)展性小帶裂開的結(jié)果 ,起源復(fù)雜而因素眾多。本文將就晚期囊袋內(nèi)人工晶狀體脫位的發(fā)病情況、可能的病因機制與危險因素進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Advanced intraocular lens dislocation is a rare potential complication after cataract surgery, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and usually requires surgical treatment. There is growing concern about this complication, as there has been an increase in numbers in recent years. The postoperative complications may occur over a long period of time. Studies have shown that the interval between cataract surgery and dislocation is 10.9 a. The cumulative risk of intraocular lens dislocation is 0.1% and 1.7% at 20 and 25 years after cataract extraction, respectively. Late intracapsular intraocular lens dislocation is the result of progressive laceration after many years of cataract surgery. This article reviews the pathogenesis, possible etiological mechanism and risk factors of late intraocular lens dislocation.
