【摘要】：正腫瘤抑制蛋白p16免疫組化染色是評(píng)價(jià)人乳頭狀瘤病毒(HPV)感染狀態(tài)的主要依據(jù),同時(shí)p16陽(yáng)性也是提示HPV相關(guān)性口咽鱗狀細(xì)胞癌預(yù)后良好的標(biāo)志物。目前p16陽(yáng)性重要的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)包括p16陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞數(shù)及陽(yáng)性融合細(xì)胞數(shù),通常將75%陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞定義為p16陽(yáng)性,而≤25%陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞定義為p16陰性,另外將50%陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞且伴25%融
