【摘要】：正患者男性,59歲。2015年11月17日入第三軍醫(yī)大學新橋醫(yī)院,診斷為右側(cè)聲帶鱗癌。11月25日開始行FP方案化療(氟尿嘧啶750 mg d1~5,亞葉酸鈣300 mg d1~5,奈達鉑40 mg d1、40 mg d2、30 mg d3)。11月28日出現(xiàn)腹瀉,解水樣便6~7次/d,無黏液、膿血便。12月1日出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱,體溫最高39.7℃,解水樣便10次/d,查體顯示腹部平軟,臍周輕微壓痛、
