【摘要】：目的評(píng)估單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂(Monosialotetera-hexosylgangliosideGM1)與視神經(jīng)病變預(yù)后的相關(guān)性。 方法采用回顧性病例對(duì)照研究，收集首次發(fā)病的視神經(jīng)病變患者143例196眼的臨床資料,將可能影響研究對(duì)象視力預(yù)后的因素：性別、年齡、疾病類(lèi)別、治療前（矯正）視力、治療前發(fā)病時(shí)間、是否接受GM1治療為協(xié)變量；療效、首次視力提高的時(shí)間、治療兩周后（矯正）視力為因變量，用多元Logistic回歸分析探討GM1對(duì)視神經(jīng)病變視力預(yù)后的影響。 結(jié)果單因素分析：GM1與視神經(jīng)病變的療效、首次視力提高時(shí)間、治療兩周后（矯正）視力關(guān)聯(lián)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，其P值、OR、95%CI分別為（P=0.000，OR=0.313，95%CI：0.170-0.578；P=0.001，OR=0.391，95%CI：0.219-0.698；p=0.000，，OR=0.350，95%CI:0.196-0.625）。多因素分析：調(diào)整其他混雜因素后，GM1與視神經(jīng)病變的療效、首次視力提高時(shí)間、治療兩周后（矯正）視力顯示有明顯的促進(jìn)作用。其調(diào)整OR值，95%CI分別為（OR=0.311，95%CI：0.159-0.606；OR=0.424，95%CI：0.224,0.805；OR=0.308，95%CI：0.141-0.671）。 結(jié)論GM1對(duì)視神經(jīng)疾病的恢復(fù)有明顯促進(jìn)作用，有助于獲得較好的視力預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the correlation between monosialate tetrahexose ganglioside (Monosialotetera-hexosylgangliosideGM1) and prognosis of optic neuropathy. Methods A retrospective case-control study was conducted to collect the clinical data of 196 eyes of 143 patients with first onset optic neuropathy. The factors that might affect the visual outcome of the subjects were sex, age, disease type, visual acuity before treatment. The time of onset before treatment, whether or not to receive GM1 treatment as a co-variable; The effect, the time of the first visual acuity improvement and the visual acuity after two weeks of treatment were regarded as dependent variables. The influence of GM1 on the visual acuity prognosis of optic neuropathy was studied by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences between GM1 and the curative effect of optic neuropathy, the time of first visual acuity improvement, and the visual acuity after two weeks of treatment (P = 0.000, P = 0.000). OR=0.313,95%CI:0.170-0.578; P = 0.219-0.698p = 0.0000.350 / 95CI: 0.196-0.625). Multivariate analysis: after adjusting other confounding factors, the effect of GM1 and optic neuropathy, the time of the first visual acuity improvement, and the visual acuity after two weeks of treatment were significantly improved. It adjusts the OR value, 95%CI is (OR=0.311,95%CI:0.159-0.606;OR=0.424,95%CI:0.224,0.805;OR=0.308,95%CI:0.141-0.671). Conclusion GM1 plays an important role in the recovery of optic nerve disease.
