內腔鏡手術監(jiān)測儀在前列腺等離子切除術中應用的臨床效果評價

目的:探討內腔鏡手術監(jiān)測儀在經尿道前列腺等離子切除術中應用的臨床價值。方法:回顧性分析2018年9月至2019年3月在內腔鏡手術監(jiān)測儀監(jiān)測下行經尿道前列腺等離子切除術的136例患者,按照前列腺體積大小分為PV≥60 ml組和PV<60 ml組,分別觀察兩組患者手術時間、術中出血、沖洗液吸收量等圍手術期指標的變化。結果:136例患者均完成手術,無中轉開放及終止手術的患者。PV≥60 ml組vsPV<60 ml組:手術時間為(78.93±28.63) minvs(51.77±14.85) min、術中出血量為(261.61±204.25) mlvs(69.26±61.13) ml、沖洗液吸收量為(948.20±656.00) mlvs(347.39±256.53) ml均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);術后紅細胞、血紅蛋白、紅細胞壓積、離子、住院時間、前列腺穿孔、輸血均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05)。136例患者術前與術后指標比較:紅細胞(1012/L)4.62±0.63vs4.31±0.74、血紅蛋白(g/L) 141.83±18.30vs135...
