【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)Meta分析,評(píng)價(jià)愛(ài)維莫潘對(duì)根治性全膀胱切除術(shù)后胃腸道及住院時(shí)間的影響。方法:通過(guò)檢索Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Web of Science,檢索2000年至2017年公開(kāi)發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn)。排除不符合要求的文獻(xiàn),根據(jù)Jadad量表以及Newcastle-Ottawa量表進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)并提取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),用Rev man 5.3軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)為術(shù)后常規(guī)飲食時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、術(shù)后腸梗阻發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:總共納入8篇文獻(xiàn),經(jīng)Meta分析提示,愛(ài)維莫潘組的術(shù)后常規(guī)飲食時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組(HR 1.24,95%CI[1.12-1.38],P0.0001),愛(ài)維莫潘組的住院時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組(WMD-1.16,95%CI[-1.58,-0.73],P0.00001),愛(ài)維莫潘組的術(shù)后腸梗阻發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組(OR 0.27,95%CI[0.16-0.48],P0.00001)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用愛(ài)維莫潘能使根治性全膀胱切除術(shù)患者的術(shù)后常規(guī)飲食時(shí)間和住院時(shí)間縮短,術(shù)后腸梗阻發(fā)生率降低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of ivermosan on gastrointestinal tract and hospital stay after radical cystectomy by Meta analysis. Methods: the literature published from 2000 to 2017 was searched by Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Web of Science,. According to the Jadad scale and the Newcastle-Ottawa scale, the quality evaluation was carried out and the relevant data were extracted. The Meta analysis was carried out with Rev man 5.3 software. The evaluation indexes were routine diet time, hospitalization time and incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction. Results: a total of 8 articles were included. The results of Meta analysis showed that the postoperative routine diet time of the Evermosan group was shorter than that of the control group (HR 1.24 鹵95 CI [1.12-1.38] P 0.0001), the hospitalization time of the Avermosan group was shorter than that of the control group (WMD-1.16,95%CI [-1.58h-0.73] P 0.00001), and the incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction in the Evermosan group was lower than that in the control group (OR 0.27995 CI [0.16-0.48] P 0.00001). Conclusion: the routine diet time and hospitalization time of patients undergoing radical cystectomy were shortened and the incidence of intestinal obstruction was decreased.
