【摘要】：目的觀察前列腺組織學炎癥程度及血清高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)水平與良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者總前列腺體積(TPV)、國際前列腺癥狀評分(IPSS)的關(guān)系。方法 BPH患者302例,按照是否合并前列腺組織學炎癥將患者分為不伴組織學炎癥組(195例)和伴組織學炎癥組(107例),并按照血清hs-CRP是否正常分為hsCRP正常組(213例)和hs-CRP升高組(89例),比較不伴組織學炎癥組與伴組織學炎癥組IPSS、TPV、前列腺特異性抗原(PSA)、PSA密度(PSAD),比較hs-CRP正常組與hs-CRP升高組IPSS、TPV、PSA、PSAD。使用Spearman等級相關(guān)性分析前列腺組織學炎癥程度及血清hs-CRP水平與IPSS、TPV、PSA、PSAD的關(guān)系。結(jié)果伴組織學炎癥組、不伴組織學炎癥組TPV分別為56.22(36.76~79.03)、43.04(30.32~66.09)m L,IPSS分別為19.0(12.0~24.0)、15.0(7.0~22.0)分,PSA分別為10.60(7.79~18.86)、10.07(5.20~16.59)ng/m L,PSAD分別為0.20(0.12~0.35)、0.19(0.11~0.40)ng/(m L·cm3),兩組IPSS、TPV比較,P均0.05。前列腺組織學炎癥程度與IPSS、TPV呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.14、0.18,P均0.05)。hs-CRP升高組、hs-CRP正常組TPV分別為45.86(33.95~66.92)、45.73(30.55~71.95)m L,IPSS分別為18.0(10.5~26.0)、16.0(7.0~22.0)分,PSA分別為11.93(6.23~22.98)、9.87(6.17~15.21)ng/m L,PSAD分別為0.23(0.10~0.51)、0.19(0.12~0.32)ng/(m L·cm3),兩組IPSS、PSA比較,P均0.05。血清hs-CRP與IPSS、PSA呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.19、0.12,P0.05或0.01)。結(jié)論前列腺組織學炎癥程度與BPH患者IPSS、TPV有關(guān),血清hs-CRP水平與IPSS、PSA有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the degree of histologic inflammation of prostate and the serum level of Gao Min C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and the total prostate volume (TPV), international prostate symptom score (IPSS) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 302 BPH patients, The patients were divided into two groups according to whether they were complicated with histologic inflammation of prostate (195 cases) and with histologic inflammation (107 cases). According to whether the serum hs-CRP was normal or not, the patients were divided into normal hsCRP group (213 cases) and elevated hs-CRP group (89 cases).
