文章摘要：為評(píng)價(jià)《婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理學(xué)》理論教學(xué)與臨床實(shí)踐銜接效果,對(duì)某醫(yī)學(xué)院校4名專(zhuān)任教師及其附屬醫(yī)院64名臨床帶教護(hù)士進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果顯示:66.18%的調(diào)查對(duì)象認(rèn)為《婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理學(xué)》理論教學(xué)與臨床實(shí)踐基本結(jié)合,33.82%的調(diào)查對(duì)象則認(rèn)為部分脫節(jié)。臨床帶教護(hù)士認(rèn)為為了病人安全未完全放手讓學(xué)生參與實(shí)際工作,學(xué)生實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)少是主要原因。專(zhuān)任教師認(rèn)為醫(yī)院與學(xué)校溝通交流不足,學(xué)生臨床學(xué)習(xí)效果得不到反饋、師資培養(yǎng)滯后是主要原因。改變單一教學(xué)模式,培養(yǎng)師資,創(chuàng)辦院校合作模式將是改變現(xiàn)狀的有效途徑。
