【摘要】：丙酸鹽是一類(lèi)高效、安全的添加劑,具有防霉、防腐和治療疾病等功能,廣泛應(yīng)用于飼料加工業(yè)。丙酸鹽在瘤胃中可分解為丙酸和礦物元素,其中丙酸是其主要的有效成分。丙酸鹽可促進(jìn)瘤胃發(fā)育,參與血糖調(diào)節(jié),維持能量平衡,因此,生產(chǎn)中丙酸鹽可用于治療酮病。當(dāng)前,有關(guān)丙酸鹽的試驗(yàn)大多還停留在瘤胃灌注階段,體外試驗(yàn)集中在肝臟糖異生途徑上,圍繞能量代謝展開(kāi),而有關(guān)在生產(chǎn)性能和發(fā)酵水平的研究較少。隨著短鏈脂肪酸在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的深入探索,為其在畜牧業(yè)中的應(yīng)用帶來(lái)了新的契機(jī),丙酸是否具有促進(jìn)瘤胃發(fā)育、緩解炎癥及增強(qiáng)免疫的能力有待進(jìn)一步探究和驗(yàn)證。作者主要介紹了丙酸鹽的代謝途徑與作用機(jī)制,并結(jié)合生產(chǎn)性能和維持健康兩方面闡述了丙酸鹽在反芻動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)上的應(yīng)用,揭示了丙酸鹽的潛在價(jià)值,以期為其在反芻動(dòng)物領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Propionate is a kind of high efficiency and safe additive, which has the functions of mildew prevention, anticorrosion and disease treatment, and is widely used in feed processing industry. Propionate can be decomposed into propionic acid and mineral elements in rumen, in which propionic acid is the main effective component. Propionate can promote rumen development, participate in blood glucose regulation and maintain energy balance. Therefore, propionate can be used in the treatment of ketosis. At present, most of the experiments on propionate are still in rumen perfusion stage, in vitro experiments focus on the hepatic glycolysis pathway, focusing on energy metabolism, but the research on production performance and fermentation level is less. With the further exploration of short chain fatty acids in the field of medicine, it has brought a new opportunity for its application in animal husbandry. Whether propionic acid has the ability to promote rumen development, alleviate inflammation and enhance immunity needs to be further explored and verified. This paper mainly introduces the metabolic pathway and mechanism of propionate, expounds the application of propionate in ruminant nutrition in combination with production performance and health maintenance, and reveals the potential value of propionate in order to provide scientific basis for its application in ruminant field.
