【摘要】：為了解黑龍江省牡丹江市、鶴崗市蘿北縣、哈爾濱市通河縣全溝硬蜱攜帶伯氏疏螺旋體和斑點熱群立克次體的情況,在獲得25只全溝硬蜱細菌組學數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過PCR擴增16S r RNA和fla基因檢測伯氏疏螺旋體,擴增glt A和r Omp A基因檢測斑點熱群立克次體。結(jié)果顯示,伯氏疏螺旋體的陽性率為20.0%(5/25),斑點熱群立克次體的陽性率為68.0%(17/25)。另外,伯氏疏螺旋體陽性樣品均顯示斑點熱群立克次體陽性,這兩種病原的混合感染率為20.0%(5/25)。序列分析結(jié)果顯示,16S r RNA基因與伽氏疏螺旋體Nov405菌株的相似性為99.65%,fla基因與伽氏疏螺旋體SZ菌株的相似性為99.73%;glt A和r Omp A基因與塔拉塞維奇立克次體暫定株(Candidatus Rickettsia tarasevichiae)的相似性均為100%。結(jié)果表明,斑點熱群立克次體(Candidatus Rickettsia tarasevichiae)和伯氏疏螺旋體廣義種在全溝硬蜱中廣泛存在,這兩種病原的混合感染增加了蜱傳人獸共患病的風險。
