菌酶協(xié)同發(fā)酵玉米芯制備木聚糖的研究

【摘要】:為研究固態(tài)發(fā)酵玉米芯制備木聚糖的最佳菌酶組合條件,本試驗(yàn)以木聚糖含量為指標(biāo),采用單因素試驗(yàn),依次研究單菌發(fā)酵、雙菌發(fā)酵、菌種比例、單酶發(fā)酵、雙酶發(fā)酵、雙酶比例、酶的用量對(duì)發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物中木聚糖含量的影響。結(jié)果表明:發(fā)酵玉米芯制備木聚糖的最佳菌酶組合條件為:枯草芽孢桿菌與酵母菌比例為1∶9,發(fā)酵時(shí)添加纖維素酶量為1000 U/g飼料。在此條件下,木聚糖含量可達(dá)1.421 mg/g,與對(duì)照組相比顯著提高了257%。
[Abstract]:In order to study the optimum conditions of xylan preparation from corncob by solid-state fermentation, the effects of single-bacteria fermentation, double-bacteria fermentation, strain ratio, single enzyme fermentation, double enzyme ratio and enzyme dosage on xylan content in fermentation products were studied by single factor test with xylan content as index.
