貴州省部分地區(qū)H7亞型禽流感監(jiān)測與分析

【摘要】：為了解貴州省H7亞型禽流感感染情況,采用HI試驗對全省9個地區(qū)家禽血清樣本進(jìn)行血清抗體檢測,PT-PCR方法對家禽咽-肛拭子、養(yǎng)禽場環(huán)境樣本和野鳥糞便進(jìn)行病原核酸檢測。結(jié)果顯示:在1570份家禽血清樣本中,H7亞型禽流感血清抗體陽性率為0.45%(7/1570);在350份家禽咽-肛拭子和310份養(yǎng)殖場環(huán)境樣本中,均未檢測出H7亞型禽流感病毒核酸;在160份野鳥糞便中,有1份為H7亞型禽流感病毒核酸陽性,陽性率為0.63%(1/160)。試驗提示,在貴州省養(yǎng)禽場中不存在H7亞型禽流感感染,但遷徙野禽中可能存在H7亞型禽流感隱性感染,應(yīng)當(dāng)引起重視。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the infection of H7 avian influenza in Guizhou Province, HI test was used to detect serum antibody in poultry serum samples from 9 areas of Guizhou Province.
