抗菌肽、合生素對(duì)AA肉雞血清生化指標(biāo)和腸道菌群的影響

【摘要】:為了研究飼糧中添加抗菌肽、合生素對(duì)AA肉雞血液生化指標(biāo)和腸道菌群的影響,試驗(yàn)將480只1日齡AA肉雞分為4組,1組為對(duì)照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧;2組為添加抗菌肽組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+0.5%抗菌肽;3組為添加合生素組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+0.3%合生素;4組為添加抗菌肽+合生素組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+0.5%抗菌肽+0.3%合生素,試驗(yàn)期為42 d。結(jié)果表明:添加抗菌肽顯著提高了21日齡肉雞的血清總蛋白、白蛋白、Ig G和Ig A水平(P0.05);添加合生素顯著提高了21日齡肉雞血清谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶活性(P0.05),降低了血清三酰甘油含量、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性(P0.05)。添加抗菌肽顯著提高了42日齡肉雞血清總蛋白、白蛋白水平,降低了血清三酰甘油含量、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性(P0.05);添加合生素顯著提高了42日齡肉雞的谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶活性并顯著降低了谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性(P0.05)。抗菌肽、合生素以及二者共同添加能顯著或極顯著降低肉雞十二指腸、空腸、回腸和盲腸中大腸桿菌和沙門氏菌數(shù),提高乳酸桿菌數(shù)(P0.05或P0.01)。說(shuō)明抗菌肽、合生素單獨(dú)或聯(lián)合使用均能改善肉雞的血清生化指標(biāo)和腸道菌群狀況,提高免疫力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of probiotics on blood biochemical indexes and intestinal flora of AA broilers, 480 one-day-old AA broilers were divided into 4 groups: control group (control group), basal diet (0.5%), and basal diet (0.3%). The four groups were fed with 0.5% antimicrobial peptide 0.3% synbiotics in the basal diet for 42 days. The results showed that the levels of serum total protein, albumin, Ig G and Ig A in 21-day-old broilers were significantly increased by adding antibacterial peptides (P 0.05), and the activities of serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase in 21-day-old broilers were significantly increased (P 0.05), and the activities of serum triacylglycerol, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase were significantly decreased (P 0.05). The addition of antimicrobial peptide significantly increased the level of serum total protein and albumin, decreased the content of serum triacylglycerol, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase activity in 42-day-old broilers (P 0.05), and significantly increased the activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and decreased the activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in 42-day-old broilers (P 0.05). Antibacterial peptides, synbiotics and their combination could significantly or extremely significantly reduce the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in the duodenum, Jejunum, ileum and cecum of broilers, and increase the number of Lactobacillus (P 0.05 or P 0.01). The results showed that antibacterial peptides and synbiotics alone or in combination could improve the serum biochemical indexes and intestinal flora of broilers and improve immunity.
