【摘要】：正中藥理論獨(dú)特,作用機(jī)理難于用現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)理論闡明;中藥成分復(fù)雜、炮制規(guī)范不統(tǒng)一;處方種類(lèi)繁多、制劑工藝多樣,導(dǎo)致中藥質(zhì)量難于量化控制。中藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是歷史命題,從最早的中藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)》,最早的中藥材炮制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《雷公炮制論》,到李時(shí)珍的《本草綱目》~([1]),《元亨療馬集》,再到現(xiàn)代的《中國(guó)藥典》、《中國(guó)獸藥典》,為保證中藥的安全性和有效性做出了貢獻(xiàn)。中藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是時(shí)
[Abstract]:The theory of traditional Chinese medicine is unique, and the mechanism of action is difficult to be clarified by modern medical theory; the composition of traditional Chinese medicine is complex and the processing standard is not unified; there are many kinds of prescriptions and various preparation techniques, which leads to the difficulty of quantitative control of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine. Standardization of traditional Chinese medicine is a historical proposition, from the earliest standard of traditional Chinese medicine "Shennong Herbal Sutra", the earliest processing standard of traditional Chinese medicine "Lei Gong gunning theory", to Li Shizhen's "Compendium of Materia Medica" ~ ([1]), "Yuanheng Therapy Ma Ji", to the modern Chinese Pharmacopoeia, "Chinese Veterinary Medicine Code", has made contributions to ensure the safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine.
