大鼠椎骨錯(cuò)縫模型不同時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)全血黏度變化的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的 :通過(guò)檢測(cè)大鼠腰椎椎骨錯(cuò)縫模型不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)全血黏度的變化,研究石氏傷科氣血理論及骨錯(cuò)縫、筋出槽學(xué)說(shuō),揭示慢性脊柱病損的病理生理學(xué)特征。方法:將36只350~450 g的SPF級(jí)雄性SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為旋轉(zhuǎn)固定組(RF組)、單純固定組(SF組)和假手術(shù)組(Sham組),每組12只。RF組和SF組大鼠腰椎L4-L6節(jié)段植入椎體外部連接固定裝置,RF組大鼠使L5棘突向右側(cè)旋轉(zhuǎn),造成L5棘突與L4和L6棘突的不共線;SF組大鼠單純植入椎體外部連接固定裝置不進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn)。分別于固定后1、4、8和12周時(shí),檢測(cè)各組大鼠的全血黏度變化。結(jié)果:固定4、8周之后,RF組和SF組大鼠在高切(150/s)、中切(60/s)和低切變速率(10/s)下的全血黏度皆高于Sham組大鼠(P0.05)。固定1、12周后各組大鼠全血黏度比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :椎體骨錯(cuò)縫、筋出槽可導(dǎo)致大鼠全血黏度升高,增加血脈瘀阻的程度,從而進(jìn)一步誘發(fā)或加重脊柱病損的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the whole blood viscosity of rat lumbar vertebrae fracture model at different time points in order to study the theory of Qi and blood and bone suture. To reveal the pathophysiological characteristics of chronic spinal lesions. Methods: 36 male Spinal Spinal Spinal lesion (SPF) rats were randomly divided into rotating fixation group (RF group) and simple fixation group (SF group) and sham-operated group (12 rats in each group. RF group and SF group). L4-L6 segment of lumbar vertebrae was implanted with external spinal junction fixator. In RF group, L5 spinous process rotated to the right. L5 spinous process and L4 and L6 spinous process were not rotated in SF group. Results: after 4 weeks of fixation, the whole blood viscosity of RF group and SF group were higher than that of Sham group at high shear rate of 150 / s (60 / s) and low shear rate (10 / s). After 12 weeks of fixation, the whole blood viscosity of rats in the RF group and SF group was higher than that in the Sham group (P 0.05). After 12 weeks of fixation, the whole blood viscosity of the rats in the RF group and the SF group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in degree between the two groups (P 0.05). It can cause the increase of whole blood viscosity, increase the degree of blood vessel stasis, and further induce or aggravate the occurrence of spinal disease.
