【摘要】：正細(xì)胞內(nèi)pH維持在一定的生理范圍內(nèi),對細(xì)胞的生長分化、細(xì)胞內(nèi)酶的活性、細(xì)胞骨架的裝配與解聚等生理過程至關(guān)重要。細(xì)胞主要依賴于一系列離子轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白來調(diào)控細(xì)胞內(nèi)pH的動態(tài)平衡,鈉氫交換體(Na+/H+exchanger,NHE)是其中重要的成員之一。NHE家族共有9個(gè)亞型,根據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)順序依次命名為NHE1~NHE9,具有不同的組織分布和功能特性。近年來研究表明,NHE除能調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞內(nèi)的pH值外,還參與了上皮細(xì)胞的鹽運(yùn)輸和細(xì)胞
[Abstract]:The pH of positive cells is maintained in a certain physiological range, the growth and differentiation of cells, the activity of enzymes in cells, The physiological process of cytoskeleton assembly and depolymerization is very important. Cells mainly depend on a series of ion transporter to regulate the dynamic equilibrium of intracellular pH. The Na / H exchanger NHEE is one of the important members. The NHE family has nine subtypes. According to the order of discovery, NHE1 and NHE9 have different tissue distribution and functional characteristics. Recent studies have shown that NHE not only regulates the pH value of cells, but also participates in the salt transport of epithelial cells and cells.
