文章摘要：目的：探討參附注射液聯(lián)合西藥治療感染性休克臨床療效觀察及其安全性評價。方法：將118例感染性休克患者按照隨機(jī)分組法分為對照組58例和觀察組60例。對照組給予西藥治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合參附注射液治療。兩組連續(xù)用藥5 d。對比分析兩組用藥5 d后臨床療效,治療前、治療24 h和48 h血乳酸濃度和血清炎癥因子水平變化。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率（88.33%）顯著高于對照組（68.97%）（P〈0.05）;兩組血乳酸濃度治療前比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P〉0.05）;兩組血乳酸濃度治療24 h、48 h較治療前顯著降低減少（P〈0.05）;觀察組血乳酸濃度治療24 h和48 h后顯著低于對照組（P〈0.05）;兩組血清IL-6、TNF-α治療前比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P〉0.05）;兩組血清IL-6、TNF-α治療24 h、48 h較治療前顯著降低減少（P〈0.05）;觀察組血清IL-6、TNF-α治療24 h和48 h后顯著低于對照組（P〈0.05）;兩組治療期間均未見明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：參附注射液聯(lián)合西藥治療感染性休克臨床療效顯著,安全可靠,具有重要研究意義。

Abstr：Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Shenfu Injection combined with Western medicine for septic shock. Methods： 118 cases of patients with septic shock were randomly divided into control group（ n = 58） and observation group（ n = 60）. The control group received Western medicine treatment and observation group combined Shenfu Injection. Two groups were given continuous medication for 5 d. Comparison of the clinical efficacy after5 d,blood lactate concentration and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines before treatment,24 h and 48 h after treatment. Results： The overall response rate（ 88. 33%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 68. 97%）（ P〉 0. 05）. Before treatment,the two groups＇ blood lactate concentration had no significant difference（ P 〉0. 05） and 24 h and 48 h after treatment,it was significantly lowered（ P〉 0. 05）. The blood lactate concentration of the observation group 24 h and 48 h after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〉0. 05）. The levels of serum IL- 6 and TNF- α before treatment had no statistically significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）and 24 h and 48 h after treatment were significantly lowered（ P 〉0. 05）. The serum levels of IL- 6 and TNF- α 24 h and 48 h after treatment were significantly lower than the control group＇s（ P 〉0. 05）. During treatment,two groups showed no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection combined with western medicine treatment for septic shock has significant clinical effect,safe and reliable.
