　　18世紀(jì)末19世紀(jì)初的英國(guó)著名女作家簡(jiǎn)·奧斯丁的后期小說《曼斯菲爾德莊園》主要講述了小說中女主人公范妮·普萊斯從小遠(yuǎn)離自己位于樸茨茅斯的家,寄養(yǎng)在曼斯菲爾德莊園的故事。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者多從女性主義與后殖民主義等角度對(duì)這篇小說進(jìn)行研究,但很少有人探究小說中范妮對(duì)地方的依附。通過仔細(xì)研讀文本,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),范妮對(duì)曼斯菲爾德莊園這個(gè)地方所表現(xiàn)出的情感變化呈現(xiàn)出一種“陌生—歸屬—忠實(shí)”的遞進(jìn)趨勢(shì),本文認(rèn)為她對(duì)曼斯菲爾德莊園的情感變化就是一種地方依附(個(gè)人與環(huán)境之間的一種聯(lián)系)的過程,即對(duì)曼斯菲爾德的“無地方—地方適應(yīng)—地方認(rèn)同”。論文包括緒論、正文和結(jié)語(yǔ)三個(gè)部分。緒論包括簡(jiǎn)·奧斯丁及《曼斯菲爾德莊園》的相關(guān)介紹、文獻(xiàn)綜述、論文觀點(diǎn)、地方依附理論介紹、關(guān)鍵詞界定以及論文框架。正文部分由三大章組成:第一章主要分析范妮由于對(duì)曼斯菲爾德莊園的陌生感而產(chǎn)生的無地方感。第一節(jié)分析了造成范妮地方感缺失的原因,即由于家庭貧困而造成的被動(dòng)的寄養(yǎng)與漫長(zhǎng)的旅行;第二節(jié)主要從三個(gè)方面分析范妮對(duì)曼斯菲爾德的陌生感,分別表現(xiàn)為她的局外感、孤獨(dú)感、思鄉(xiāng)感。范妮離開家鄉(xiāng)樸茨茅斯,經(jīng)歷了漫長(zhǎng)旅途,被迫寄養(yǎng)到曼斯菲爾德莊園,充滿了對(duì)新地方的陌...
