【摘要】：所謂“茶事詞語”,是指古代文獻(xiàn)中語義內(nèi)容與茶事活動相關(guān)的一些詞語,如表示茶之種植、采摘、制作、烹煮、品飲等方面的詞語。本文以《全唐詩》中的茶事詞語為研究對象,對其進(jìn)行分類描寫、語義訓(xùn)釋、文化考察,等等,以期較為全面地展示《全唐詩》中茶事詞語的基本面貌,為漢語詞匯史的研究、辭書的編纂修訂等提供一些參考。本文分為六個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論,說明選題緣由,介紹茶事詞語的研究現(xiàn)狀,茶事詞語研究的意義及研究方法。第二部分對《全唐詩》中的茶事詞語進(jìn)行分類描寫,分為種植加工類、煎煮品飲類、器具場所類和其他類,并對各類之中重要的茶事詞語進(jìn)行了考釋。第三部分分析《全唐詩》茶事詞語的構(gòu)成,主要從兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析:茶事詞語的構(gòu)成方式、茶事詞語的構(gòu)成成分。第四部分基于《全唐詩》茶事詞語的研究,指出《漢語大詞典》漏收、漏釋了一些茶事詞語,應(yīng)予補(bǔ)充;同時(shí)指出該詞典中有關(guān)茶事詞語的條目存在著書證晚出的現(xiàn)象。第五部分考察茶事詞語的文化內(nèi)涵,認(rèn)為茶事詞語反映了唐代發(fā)達(dá)的茶文化,蘊(yùn)含了豐富的禪文化,顯露了士大夫的雅趣。第六部分為結(jié)語,總結(jié)了全文的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The so-called "tea word" refers to some words related to tea activities in ancient literature, such as tea planting, picking, making, cooking, drinking and so on. This article takes the tea words in the whole Tang Dynasty as the research object, carries on the classification description, the semantic explanation, the cultural investigation, and so on, in order to comprehensively display the basic appearance of the tea words in the whole Tang Dynasty, is the study of the history of Chinese vocabulary. The compilation and revision of dictionaries provide some references. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, explaining the reason of selecting the topic, introducing the research status of tea words, the significance and research methods of tea words. In the second part, the tea words and expressions in the poem of the whole Tang Dynasty are classified and described, which are divided into four categories: planting and processing, frying and drinking, utensils and other categories. The third part analyzes the composition of tea words in the whole Tang Dynasty, mainly from two aspects: the form of tea words and the composition of tea words. In the fourth part, based on the study of tea words in the whole Tang Dynasty, the author points out that the Chinese Dictionary fails to receive some tea words and should be supplemented, and points out that there is a phenomenon of late appearance of the book evidence in the items about tea words in the dictionary. The fifth part investigates the cultural connotation of tea words, and thinks that tea words reflect the developed tea culture of Tang Dynasty, contain abundant Zen culture, and reveal the elegant taste of literati and officials. The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the point of view of the full text.
