《孫行者：他的偽書》中的反話語寫作策略

一個半世紀以來,美國華裔雖然在很多方面取得了成功,但是美國社會對華裔的偏見依然存在,華裔仍處于社會的邊緣地位。多年來美國華裔作家群體致力于宣傳中國文化經(jīng)典,反擊美國主流霸權(quán)話語中華裔的刻板形象,重建華裔形象。身為華裔美國文學(xué)先驅(qū)的湯亭亭就是其中的重要代表人物之一。湯亭亭對華人移民在美生活境遇給予同情與關(guān)注,創(chuàng)作出多部廣為流傳的作品。這些作品是對華人后代仍然遭受不平等境遇的揭露,是對主流話語壓迫與歧視華人移民罪行的聲討�！秾O行者:他的偽書》就是這樣一部作品。作品通過對主人公惠特曼?阿新在畢業(yè)以后一系列的生活的描寫,包括他的性格、理想、結(jié)婚、理想的實踐和實現(xiàn)等,揭示了美國社會對華裔的態(tài)度和華裔在美國社會中的地位。 本文對作者湯亭亭顛覆西方霸權(quán)話語,重建華裔新形象的反話語寫作策略及其在小說中的應(yīng)用進行分析。論文的框架有五部分構(gòu)成:第一部分簡要介紹作者及其小說《孫行者:他的偽書》,并對美國的霸權(quán)話語和華裔的刻板形象進行概述;簡要介紹反話語寫作策略在小說中的應(yīng)用。第一章闡釋了反話語寫作策略之跨文化書寫策略,以及跨文化書寫策略在小說中的應(yīng)用及其作用;第二章針對主流文化中華裔沒有英雄的規(guī)約性,探討了...
