室內(nèi)裝修用內(nèi)墻涂料、油漆中VOCs釋放行為研究

【摘要】:目的 ①了解蘭州市酒店包廂內(nèi)揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)的污染狀況。②了解蘭州市市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售較好的2類(lèi)共25種水性內(nèi)墻涂料中VOCs的含量狀況,為有關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)行內(nèi)墻涂料衛(wèi)生安全評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。③探討不同實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,室內(nèi)裝修用內(nèi)墻涂料、油漆中VOCs釋放行為。 方法 ①選擇蘭州市餐飲行業(yè)裝修時(shí)間相同,經(jīng)營(yíng)品種大體相同,裝修材料不同的甲、乙兩酒店。分別采用PGM-30光離子化檢測(cè)儀和乙酰丙酮分光光度法測(cè)定其包廂內(nèi)VOCs和甲醛濃度。②依據(jù)GB6751-86進(jìn)行內(nèi)墻涂料中總揮發(fā)物測(cè)定,GB6750-86進(jìn)行內(nèi)墻涂料密度的測(cè)定,采用共沸蒸餾法進(jìn)行內(nèi)墻涂料中水分的測(cè)定。③利用自制小型環(huán)境模擬艙考察了室內(nèi)溫度、填充率、涂層厚度、相對(duì)濕度等因素對(duì)內(nèi)墻涂料、油漆中VOCs釋放行為的影響。 結(jié)果 ①裝修材料對(duì)室內(nèi)VOCs和甲醛濃度有很大影響;人為活動(dòng)對(duì)室內(nèi)VOCs的貢獻(xiàn)為30%;使用空氣清新劑的包廂,其室內(nèi)空氣有機(jī)物的濃度是不使用空氣清新劑的6倍以上。在一定溫度、相對(duì)濕度范圍內(nèi),包廂內(nèi)VOCs濃度與室內(nèi)溫度、相對(duì)濕度呈三次項(xiàng)曲線模型關(guān)系(r~2=0.9626、0.9248)。②與GB18582-2001中VOCs限量值200g/L相比,低檔水溶性涂料和乳膠漆的VOCs含量均有超標(biāo)現(xiàn)象。兩類(lèi)涂料的超標(biāo)率分別為42%和23%,且兩類(lèi)涂料中VOCs含量無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=1.657 P0.05)。③本文建立了內(nèi)墻涂料、油漆中VOCs釋放的數(shù)學(xué)模型,定義了一定條件下衡量材料中VOCs釋放行為的釋放系數(shù),分析了材料釋放VOCs的機(jī)理及速度控制步驟,探討了溫度、填充率、涂層厚度、相對(duì)濕度等對(duì)材料中VOCs釋放的影響。在一定實(shí)驗(yàn)條件范圍內(nèi),隨著模擬
[Abstract]:Objective 1 to understand the pollution status of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the box of Lanzhou City. 2 to understand the content of VOCs in 25 kinds of waterborne interior wall coatings, which are well marketed in Lanzhou City. This paper provides a reference for the evaluation of sanitary safety of interior wall coatings by relevant departments. 3. The behavior of VOCs release from interior wall coatings and paints under different experimental conditions is discussed. Methods 1 A and B hotels with the same decoration time, same operating variety and different decoration materials were selected. The concentrations of VOCs and formaldehyde in the box were determined by PGM-30 photoionization detector and acetylacetone spectrophotometry respectively. According to GB6751-86, the total volatile matter in the inner wall coating was determined by GB6750-86, and the density of the inner wall coating was determined by GB6750-86. The effect of indoor temperature, filling rate, coating thickness and relative humidity on the VOCs release behavior of interior wall paint and paint was investigated by using a self-made small scale environment simulation chamber by using azeotropic distillation method. Results (1) the indoor VOCs and formaldehyde concentration were greatly affected by decoration materials, the contribution of artificial activities to indoor VOCs was 30%, and the concentration of organic matter in indoor air of the box with air freshener was more than 6 times of that without air freshener. In the range of temperature and relative humidity, the relationship between VOCs concentration in box and indoor temperature and relative humidity is cubic. Compared with GB18582-2001 and GB18582-2001, the VOCs content of low-grade water-soluble paint and latex paint are above the standard. The rates of exceeding the standard of the two kinds of coatings are 42% and 23% respectively, and the VOCs content in the two kinds of coatings is not statistically significant in this paper, the mathematical model of the interior wall coating and the VOCs release from the paint is established. The release coefficient of VOCs in materials was defined under certain conditions. The mechanism of VOCs release and the speed control steps were analyzed. The effects of temperature, filling ratio, coating thickness and relative humidity on VOCs release were discussed. In a certain range of experimental conditions, with the simulation
