【摘要】：城市住區(qū)的入口是住區(qū)空間的重要部分,是住區(qū)和城市的中介空間。入口作為住區(qū)連接、溝通內(nèi)外的構(gòu)成單元,影響著住區(qū)的整體規(guī)劃格局,標(biāo)示住區(qū)所在地段和區(qū)位。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,居住生活提高和變革,住區(qū)入口空間的設(shè)計(jì)隨著人們?nèi)找嫣岣叩男枨蟀l(fā)生變化,更凸顯其多元化空間。住區(qū)入口作為過渡空間,與城市空間息息相關(guān),是城市體系的組成單位。第一章對(duì)研究的背景、目的和意義進(jìn)行了闡述,通過文獻(xiàn)綜述對(duì)入口發(fā)展概況初步探究,提出了研究城市住區(qū)入口的方法和框架。第二章首先對(duì)城市住區(qū)的概念和入口空間進(jìn)行概述,確定研究對(duì)象的性質(zhì)和特點(diǎn)。引出住區(qū)入口的構(gòu)成元素并對(duì)其分析,提出入口的基本功能和衍生功能,對(duì)論文進(jìn)行了一系列的研究準(zhǔn)備。第三章把城市住區(qū)的入口形式和特征作為獨(dú)立章節(jié),第一部分從平面、豎向、空間、組合、交通、主次入口、立面幾個(gè)方面分析入口的各種形式。繼而引出第二部分對(duì)入口的特征進(jìn)行分析。第四章則通過以上章節(jié)的分析從而對(duì)城市住區(qū)入口空間的設(shè)計(jì)手法進(jìn)行詮釋。入口的設(shè)計(jì)從整體性、人性化和經(jīng)濟(jì)性等原則出發(fā),以功能為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)平面形式、立面形式、空間形式的塑造和表達(dá)進(jìn)行研究,另外對(duì)入口比例和尺度把控、細(xì)部的處理和表現(xiàn)等手法上進(jìn)行分析。第五章針對(duì)目前城市住區(qū)入口的社會(huì)屬性和城市層面上的發(fā)展和變革,針對(duì)性的分析目前住區(qū)入口城市屬性的營(yíng)造方式,以形成柔性邊界和活力效應(yīng),激發(fā)多元化空間屬性。對(duì)城市住區(qū)的入口與城市交通空間的關(guān)聯(lián)以及城市商業(yè)的引入的開放性模式加以分析。
[Abstract]:The entrance of the urban residential area is an important part of the residential space. It is the intermediary space of the residential area and the city. The entrance is connected to the residential area, communication with the internal and external components, affecting the overall planning pattern of the residential area, indicating the location and location of the residential area. With the continuous development of the economy, the living life is raised and changed, and the design of the residential entrance space is designed along with the development of the economy. In the first chapter, the background, the purpose and the significance of the research are expounded. The first chapter is about the background, the purpose and the significance of the study. The first chapter is a preliminary inquiry into the general situation of the entrance development through the literature review, and the study of the urban residential area is put forward. The second chapter first summarizes the concept and entrance space of urban residential area, determines the nature and characteristics of the research object, leads to the constituent elements of the entrance of the residential area and analyses it, puts forward the basic function and derivative function of the entrance, and makes a series of research preparations for the thesis. The third chapter puts the entrance form of the urban residential area. As an independent chapter, the first part analyses the various forms of the entrance from the plane, the vertical, the space, the combination, the traffic, the primary and secondary entrance, and the elevation. Then, the second part analyzes the characteristics of the entrance. The fourth chapter explains the design techniques of the urban residential entrance space through the analysis of the above chapters. The design of the mouth is based on the principles of integrity, humanization and economy, based on the function, research on the shaping and expression of plane form, facade form and space form, and also analyses the manipulation and expression of the proportion and scale of the entrance, the processing and expression of the detail. The fifth chapter aims at the social attributes and cities of the present urban residential entrance. The development and change of the city level, aiming at analyzing the construction mode of the urban property of the entrance entrance, in order to form the flexible boundary and the dynamic effect, stimulate the diversified spatial attributes, and analyze the relationship between the entrance of the urban residential area and the urban traffic space and the open mode of the introduction of the city business.
