【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是在一定的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,在城市化進(jìn)程中,農(nóng)業(yè)的深層次開發(fā)與旅游業(yè)延伸交叉形成的具有生產(chǎn)、休閑、求知、生態(tài)功能的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)。溫鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)場地處于閩中著名避暑圣地大田縣,在此建設(shè)休閑農(nóng)場,具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。本文在綜述國內(nèi)外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,從多個(gè)方面對(duì)溫鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)場進(jìn)行綜合研究。經(jīng)過規(guī)劃分析：(1)大田縣溫鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)場地理?xiàng)l件優(yōu)越,農(nóng)場內(nèi)部自然、人文景觀豐富,通過資源環(huán)境容量分析,農(nóng)場具備進(jìn)行深度旅游開發(fā)的條件,擁有良好的自然環(huán)境、豐富的林地資源。(2)根據(jù)區(qū)域形象要素和市場分析,大田溫鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)場飽含歷史文化的底蘊(yùn)和八方交融的積淀,生態(tài)休閑內(nèi)涵豐富,同時(shí)經(jīng)過市場供求分析,預(yù)測(cè)以現(xiàn)有休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的供給容量必定無法滿足未來幾年內(nèi)龐大的市場需求,又好又快發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)成大勢(shì)所趨。(3)農(nóng)場以優(yōu)質(zhì)的“生態(tài)產(chǎn)品”與“生態(tài)服務(wù)”為支撐,通過四大功能分區(qū)布局對(duì)農(nóng)(林)業(yè)多功能的深度開發(fā),按“林中藥谷,森山花果,森山花果,養(yǎng)生人家”總體定位,把項(xiàng)目區(qū)建設(shè)成集生態(tài)、休閑、養(yǎng)生為一體的現(xiàn)代生態(tài)休閑農(nóng)場。(4)農(nóng)場的農(nóng)地規(guī)劃和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建目前尚處在初級(jí)開發(fā)階段,環(huán)境污染與破壞較少,整體環(huán)境質(zhì)量較好,旅游污染、生活污水及農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)污染是主要污染物。(5)以時(shí)間、空間、特色為主題的生態(tài)休憩線路設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合整合、聯(lián)合、4P和養(yǎng)生營銷策略,將確保實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的游客規(guī)模,樹立生態(tài)旅游、農(nóng)業(yè)休閑的區(qū)域首選品牌。最后,提出相關(guān)建議：認(rèn)為大田溫鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)場要建設(shè)和經(jīng)營好,需要從“資金保障、人力保障、技術(shù)保障、管理保障、自然災(zāi)害預(yù)防體系”五個(gè)方面提出科學(xué)可行的方案。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new industrial form with the functions of production, leisure, knowledge and ecology, which is formed by the deep development of agriculture and the extension of tourism in the process of urbanization under certain social and economic conditions. Wenzhen modern leisure farm is located in Datian county, a famous summer resort in central Fujian. It is of great strategic significance to build leisure farm here. On the basis of summarizing the present situation of leisure agriculture development at home and abroad, this paper makes a comprehensive study on Wenzhen modern leisure farm from many aspects. Through planning and analysis: (1) the modern leisure farm in Wenzhen County of Datian County has superior geographical conditions, natural inside the farm, rich human landscape, through the analysis of resources and environment capacity, the farm has the conditions for deep tourism development, and has a good natural environment. (2) based on the analysis of regional image factors and market, the modern leisure farm in Datianwen Town is full of historical and cultural background and accumulation of blending of the eight directions, and the connotation of ecological leisure is rich, at the same time through the analysis of market supply and demand, It is predicted that the supply capacity of the existing leisure agriculture will not be able to meet the huge market demand in the next few years, and the rapid development of leisure agriculture will become the trend of the times. (3) the farms are supported by high-quality "ecological products" and "ecological services". Through the deep development of the multi-function agriculture (forest) industry through the four functional zoning layout, according to the overall orientation of "Forest and traditional Chinese Medicine Valley, Senshan Flowers and fruits, Health families", the project area will be built into a collection of ecology and leisure. (4) the farmland planning and infrastructure construction of the farm is still in the primary stage of development, with less environmental pollution and destruction, better overall environmental quality and tourism pollution. Domestic sewage and pollution from agricultural production are the main pollutants. (5) the design of ecological rest routes with time, space and characteristics, combined with integration, combined with 4P and health marketing strategy, will ensure the expected tourist scale and establish ecotourism. Agricultural leisure regional first choice brand. Finally, some suggestions are put forward: to build and manage the modern leisure farm in Datianwen Town, we need to put forward scientific and feasible schemes from five aspects: fund guarantee, manpower security, technical guarantee, management guarantee and natural disaster prevention system.
