【摘要】：在最近的十幾年中,由于我國城市化進程的加速,城市規(guī)模膨脹,人口密度加大,尤其在開發(fā)商無限度地追求高密度、高容積率以及過度開發(fā)的情況下,城市地面幾乎被硬質(zhì)鋪裝和水泥叢林覆蓋,致使城市公共空間日益縮小,綠化率降低,人與人、人與自然關系疏遠,人車矛盾加劇等一系列問題。另外,城市景觀設計過于追求環(huán)境景觀的商業(yè)價值,而對居民的行為特征、活動規(guī)律以及感知需求重視不足。只注重大的景觀環(huán)境效果,忽略特色化空間設計和一些必要的細部設計,缺乏宜人的空間層次,可識別性低。在此背景下,本文以城市中微小地段的景觀設計作為研究對象,在有限的空間中最大化的創(chuàng)造景觀,這是城市集約化發(fā)展的要求,也是在城市中尋找綠源、構建鄉(xiāng)土人情景觀、文化景觀等的新途徑。城市微小地段通常是指遍布城市各個角落、數(shù)量眾多、隨處可見的、伴隨各種各樣功能空間產(chǎn)生的同時被剩余的、規(guī)劃設計者忽視的城市空間邊角。這種地段主要位于開放空間的邊緣處和城市的線性空間兩旁,如街頭巷尾、住宅角落、老居民區(qū)空地、公園廣場邊角空間的一部分等。相比于大的集約型公園,這些小尺度的景觀空間的使用率往往更高,更符合人們的生活習慣及活動規(guī)律。據(jù)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),小尺度的城市公共空間的營造為人們的各種自發(fā)性行為的發(fā)生創(chuàng)建了場所,增加了社會性行為發(fā)生的可能性,從而加強人們的溝通與交流。本文通過對城市微小地段利用現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研,總結(jié)微小地段景觀中存在的問題,提出城市微小地段景觀的設計原則及景觀營造的途徑和方法。并通過日本六本木新城和四川美術學院新校區(qū)這兩則成功案例,展現(xiàn)微小地段景觀設計效果。為城市公共空間的挖掘和景觀營造提供新的方向。
[Abstract]:In the last decade or so, due to the acceleration of urbanization in our country, the expansion of urban scale and the increase of population density, especially in the case of developers' unlimited pursuit of high density, high volume rate and over-exploitation, The urban ground is almost covered by hard pavement and concrete jungle, which results in a series of problems, such as the shrinking of urban public space, the decrease of green rate, the estrangement between man and nature, the intensification of contradiction between man and car, and so on. In addition, the urban landscape design pursues the commercial value of the environmental landscape too much, and pays less attention to the behavior characteristic, the activity rule and the perceptual demand of the residents. It only pays attention to the large landscape environment effect, neglects the characteristic space design and some necessary detail design, lacks the pleasant space level, and has low identifiability. Under this background, this article takes the landscape design of the small parts of the city as the research object, maximizes the creation landscape in the limited space, which is the request of the intensive development of the city, also is to look for the green source in the city, constructs the local custom landscape, A new approach to cultural landscapes. Urban micro-location usually refers to the city space corner which has been neglected by the designer of the city with a variety of functional spaces produced in large numbers and can be seen everywhere. This location is mainly located on the edge of the open space and on both sides of the linear space of the city, such as the street and alley, the residential corner, the old residential lot, the corner space of the park square, and so on. Compared with the large intensive parks, the utilization rate of these small-scale landscape spaces is often higher, more in line with people's living habits and activities. According to the research, the construction of small scale urban public space creates the place for people's spontaneous behavior, increases the possibility of social behavior, and strengthens people's communication and communication. Based on the investigation of the present situation of the utilization of the small parts of the city, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the landscape of the small parts of the city, and puts forward the design principles and the ways and methods of the landscape construction of the small parts of the cities. And through the two successful cases of Liupongxin City of Japan and the new campus of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, the landscape design effect of small area is displayed. For the urban public space excavation and landscape construction to provide a new direction.
