【摘要】：近年來隨著政府對鄉(xiāng)村的重視,綠道走向了鄉(xiāng)村,有效的帶動了鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展,但游憩需求方面仍不完善。同時對于山地地區(qū)來講,旅游與生態(tài)環(huán)境的矛盾日益突出。因此發(fā)揮山地型鄉(xiāng)村綠道的保護、連接、改善功能,對保護臨安市山地生態(tài)環(huán)境、連接景點資源、改善臨安市山地鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境方面具有重要的意義。理論分析部分:文章首先界定了山地型鄉(xiāng)村綠道的概念即在山地地區(qū),城郊與鄉(xiāng)村之間、鄉(xiāng)村與鄉(xiāng)村之間,依附于原有水網(wǎng)、路網(wǎng)、林網(wǎng)等建立的線性廊道。其次提出山地型鄉(xiāng)村綠道的構(gòu)成要素包括生態(tài)綠廊、景觀資源、慢行游徑及配套設(shè)施系統(tǒng);按海拔的高低分為山脊型鄉(xiāng)村綠道、山麓型鄉(xiāng)村綠道及峽谷型鄉(xiāng)村綠道。最后闡述了山地型鄉(xiāng)村綠道的規(guī)劃步驟依次為現(xiàn)狀資源調(diào)查、規(guī)劃目標定位、建立評價體系、確定選線布局、確定空間主題、專項系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃及建立保障措施�，F(xiàn)狀調(diào)查部分:對臨安市東部市區(qū)、中部於潛片區(qū)及西部昌化片區(qū)的自然景觀節(jié)點、人文景觀節(jié)點及道路資源進行調(diào)查,歸納總結(jié)臨安市現(xiàn)狀存在問題有:經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)、鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展動力不足、旅游發(fā)展不均衡;自然資源與人文資源保護失衡、潛在資源未得到挖掘;道路連通性不高、道路景觀有待提升。最后提出臨安市山地型鄉(xiāng)村綠道的構(gòu)建意義為保護臨安山地景觀資源、實現(xiàn)臨安慢生活之城、促進臨安鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展。規(guī)劃設(shè)計部分:首先確定臨安市山地型鄉(xiāng)村綠道構(gòu)建的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展目標、旅游發(fā)展目標、環(huán)境發(fā)展目標及資源保護目標。其次在對臨安市現(xiàn)有的自然景觀節(jié)點、人文景觀節(jié)點及道路資源總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上采用相關(guān)評價方法進行評價,分析總結(jié)出重要的景觀資源作為山地型鄉(xiāng)村綠道的連接對象。最后在上述基礎(chǔ)上提出臨安市山地型鄉(xiāng)村綠道的選線、結(jié)構(gòu)布局、規(guī)劃主題、專項系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃及保障機制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the attention of the government to the countryside, the green road has moved to the countryside, which has effectively promoted the development of rural tourism, but the recreation demand is still imperfect. At the same time, the contradiction between tourism and ecological environment is increasingly prominent in mountainous areas. Therefore, it is of great significance in protecting, connecting and improving the function of mountain green road to protect the mountain ecological environment of Lin'an, connect the scenic spot resources and improve the living environment of mountain countryside in Lin'an. Part of theoretical analysis: firstly, the paper defines the concept of mountain rural green road, that is, the linear corridor established in mountainous area, suburb and village, between village and village, depending on the original water network, road network, forest network and so on. Secondly, the paper puts forward the composing elements of mountain rural green road, including ecological green corridor, landscape resources, slow hiking path and supporting facilities system, and divides mountain green road into mountain green road, foothills green road and valley green road according to altitude. Finally, the planning steps of mountain rural green road are as follows: investigation of current resources, orientation of planning objectives, establishment of evaluation system, determination of line layout, determination of spatial theme, planning of special system and establishment of safeguard measures. The present situation investigation part: the natural landscape node, the humanities landscape node and the road resources in the eastern urban district, the central submersible area and the western Changhua district of Linan city are investigated, and the problems existing in the present situation of Lin'an city are summarized as follows: the economic development is not coordinated. The rural development power is insufficient, the tourism development is not balanced, the protection of natural resources and human resources is out of balance, the potential resources have not been excavated, the road connectivity is not high, the road landscape needs to be improved. Finally, the author points out the significance of constructing mountain green road in Lin'an is to protect the mountain landscape resources, realize the city of slow living in Lin'an, and promote the development of rural tourism in Lin'an. The part of planning and design: firstly, the economic development target, tourism development goal, environmental development goal and resource protection goal of green road construction in mountainous countryside of Lin'an city are determined. Secondly, on the basis of summarizing the existing natural landscape nodes, humanistic landscape nodes and road resources in Linan City, this paper uses the relevant evaluation method to evaluate, and analyzes and summarizes the important landscape resources as the connecting object of mountain rural green road. Finally, the route selection, structure layout, planning theme, special system planning and guarantee mechanism are put forward on the basis of the above mentioned.
