【摘要】：隨著上世紀(jì)90年代西方綠道概念的提出以及綠道建設(shè)實踐的開展,區(qū)域性綠道網(wǎng)的研究和建設(shè)成為全球性熱潮。綠道作為一種具有生態(tài)、社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等多重價值的公共產(chǎn)品,具有改善自然生態(tài)環(huán)境、提供休閑游憩的場所、保護(hù)歷史文化資源、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展等多重功能。在同一時期,綠道被引入我國,經(jīng)過十多年的研究積累,綠道網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、研究和建設(shè)工作在我國東南部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)已蔚然興起并初現(xiàn)雛形,并在內(nèi)地部分區(qū)域普及推廣。陜西關(guān)中地區(qū)作為中華文明的發(fā)祥地,具有悠久的歷史文化淵源、大量的歷史人文景觀,同時擁有秦嶺、渭水、川塬等自然生態(tài)環(huán)境基礎(chǔ),為綠道系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)提供了得天獨(dú)厚的條件;同時,厚重的地域文化、特色的山水格局、獨(dú)有的人文景觀分布和不同的城鎮(zhèn)體系結(jié)構(gòu),又決定著關(guān)中綠道網(wǎng)與其他綠道網(wǎng)必然存在本質(zhì)上的差異性,具有研究價值和特殊意義。文章在對綠道概念、思想起源、綠道理論等已有研究成果歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,通過區(qū)域綠道系統(tǒng)屬性、影響要素、價值取向、構(gòu)成要素四方面的基礎(chǔ)研究,和關(guān)中地區(qū)綠道系統(tǒng)影響要素的歸納,對關(guān)中地區(qū)綠道網(wǎng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)探索,包括線路選擇、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、規(guī)劃布局和分類設(shè)計等。最后,提出了實施該方案的措施與建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the concept of green road and the practice of green road construction in the 1990s, the research and construction of regional green road network has become a global upsurge. As a kind of public goods with ecological, social, economic and cultural values, Green Road has many functions, such as improving natural ecological environment, providing recreational places, protecting historical and cultural resources, and promoting economic development. In the same period, green road was introduced into our country. After more than ten years of research accumulation, the planning, research and construction of green road network in the southeast developed areas of our country have emerged and appeared in its embryonic form, and it has been popularized in some inland areas. As the birthplace of Chinese civilization, Guanzhong region of Shaanxi Province has a long history and cultural origin, a large number of historical and cultural landscape, as well as the Qinling, Weihe River, Sichuan tableland and other natural ecological environment foundation. It provides unique conditions for the construction of the Green Road system, at the same time, the heavy regional culture, the characteristic landscape pattern, the unique human landscape distribution and the different urban system structure, It also determines the essential difference between Guanzhong Green Road Network and other Green Road Networks, which has research value and special significance. On the basis of summarizing the concept of green road, the origin of thought, the theory of green road and so on, the paper makes a basic research on the four aspects of regional green road system attribute, influencing factors, value orientation, composing elements, and so on. Based on the conclusion of the influencing factors of the green road system in Guanzhong area, the planning and design scheme of the green road network in Guanzhong area is systematically explored, including route selection, system structure, planning layout and classification design, etc. Finally, the measures and suggestions for the implementation of the scheme are put forward.
