【摘要】:隨著城市化與工業(yè)化的不斷發(fā)展,眾多的廢舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)退出了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的歷史舞臺(tái)。當(dāng)初城郊的工業(yè)廠房也大多演變?yōu)槟壳俺鞘械暮诵牡貛?由此帶來(lái)了針對(duì)工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀重構(gòu)如何順應(yīng)城市環(huán)境發(fā)展的重大機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀是城市景觀的重要組成部分,也是城市文化的重要載體。工業(yè)廠區(qū)由于其身后的歷史文脈,以及獨(dú)特的工業(yè)氣息,使其成為當(dāng)今城市文化中獨(dú)一無(wú)二的寶貴資源。借助于現(xiàn)代空間的設(shè)計(jì)手法以及景觀設(shè)計(jì)理念,巧妙提煉與合理應(yīng)用廠區(qū)工業(yè)元素,打造利于現(xiàn)代文化體驗(yàn)消費(fèi)的景觀具有重要的理論研究?jī)r(jià)值與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。本文在大設(shè)計(jì)理念指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合當(dāng)前文化體驗(yàn)消費(fèi)模式的相關(guān)研究成果,以及新聞傳播學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)、行為心理學(xué)等學(xué)科知識(shí),從工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀空間的社會(huì)屬性及文化屬性出發(fā),研究現(xiàn)代城市中的工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀重構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)策略及方法。并結(jié)合實(shí)際案例分析梳理工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀重構(gòu)過(guò)程中打造文化體驗(yàn)消費(fèi)高地的設(shè)計(jì)原則與方法。全文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一章緒論闡述課題研究的相關(guān)內(nèi)容、方法、意義,以及課題的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與研究的整個(gè)框架。第二章闡述課題相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀以及對(duì)課題研究所涉及的概念界定,并說(shuō)明大設(shè)計(jì)理念與景觀設(shè)計(jì)在工業(yè)廠區(qū)的景觀重構(gòu)領(lǐng)域的作用。第三章從多學(xué)科視角分析工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)中大設(shè)計(jì)理念所需要兼顧的相關(guān)理論。景觀設(shè)計(jì)并不是單純的營(yíng)造美的空間,而是通過(guò)景觀重構(gòu)提升空間的商業(yè)價(jià)值以及社會(huì)價(jià)值。第四章主要是從案例的分析角度出發(fā),梳理工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的原則與方法。首先重點(diǎn)說(shuō)明景觀設(shè)計(jì)在工業(yè)廠區(qū)中的主要設(shè)計(jì)要素。另外,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論及實(shí)踐來(lái)說(shuō)明設(shè)計(jì)原則,并梳理出切合實(shí)際的、可操作的景觀設(shè)計(jì)方法。第五章主要是代表性經(jīng)典案例的剖析。主要是通過(guò)案例的設(shè)計(jì)背景、景觀設(shè)計(jì)的理念與原則、總體布局,以及實(shí)地考察分析等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization and industrialization, many waste industrial factories quit the historical stage of industrial production. Most of the industrial factories in the suburbs have evolved into the core of the city, which brings great opportunities and challenges to the reconstruction of the landscape of the industrial factory areas to adapt to the development of the urban environment. Industrial factory landscape is an important part of urban landscape and an important carrier of urban culture. Because of its historical context and unique industrial atmosphere, industrial factory has become a unique and precious resource in urban culture. With the help of modern space design techniques and landscape design ideas, it is of important theoretical research value and social economic value to refine and rationally apply the industrial elements of the factory area and to create a landscape conducive to modern cultural experience and consumption. Under the guidance of the grand design concept, this paper combines the relevant research results of the current cultural experience consumption pattern, as well as the knowledge of news communication, economic management, behavioral psychology and so on. Based on the social and cultural attributes of industrial plant landscape space, this paper studies the design strategies and methods of landscape reconstruction in modern cities. And combing the design principle and method of creating cultural experience consumption highland in the process of landscape reconstruction of industrial factory area. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first chapter introduces the contents, methods, significance, innovation points and the whole framework of the research. The second chapter describes the current situation of the research field and the definition of the concept involved in the research, and explains the role of the concept of large-scale design and landscape design in the field of landscape reconstruction in the industrial plant area. The third chapter analyzes the relevant theories in the landscape design of industrial factory from the perspective of multi-disciplinary. Landscape design is not simply to create beautiful space, but to enhance the commercial and social value of space through landscape reconstruction. The fourth chapter mainly from the case analysis angle, combs the industrial factory area landscape design principle and the method. First of all, the main design elements of landscape design in industrial plant are explained. In addition, combined with relevant theory and practice to explain the design principles, and sort out practical, operational landscape design methods. The fifth chapter is the representative classic case analysis. Mainly through the case design background, landscape design concepts and principles, the overall layout, as well as field investigation and analysis of several aspects.
