【摘要】：正人民文學(xué)出版社(下簡(jiǎn)稱"人文社")建社伊始,第一位社長(zhǎng)馮雪峰在籌建時(shí),他的主要工作是物色人才。解放初期,人才奇缺,處處要人。一次,許覺(jué)民去文化部參加會(huì)議,會(huì)議決定,人才凍結(jié),任何單位不得從外張羅和物色人才。馮雪峰聽(tīng)了,馬上去了文化部,與周揚(yáng)理論。周揚(yáng)不得不為人文社開(kāi)了一個(gè)口子:人文社不受此限。從此,馮雪峰的手伸得很長(zhǎng),只要他相中的
