【摘要】：近幾年來濱海區(qū)嚴格按照國家各項法律法規(guī),大力發(fā)展自身經(jīng)濟,并且在各個領(lǐng)域取得了驕人的成績。近期,濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心為了加快自身政治、經(jīng)濟、文化的快速傳播,已經(jīng)制定了多種宣傳措施,滿足了濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心對于各種信息傳播的需要。以往宣傳文化中心新聞科在制定報刊的時采用了較為老式的人工作業(yè)形式,不僅工作效率低下,而且報刊質(zhì)量和信息有效性都不能得到認可,導(dǎo)致宣傳文化中心信息傳播一度受阻。為了解決這一問題,濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心新聞科已經(jīng)進行了深入探討,并達成了一致意見。宣傳文化中心新聞科將會結(jié)合自身工作經(jīng)驗,并且引入計算機管理技術(shù)力求設(shè)計出一套報刊管理系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)新聞報刊制定和發(fā)行的自動化管理,希望滿足濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心新聞科報刊管理工作。 本文論述了濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心新聞科報刊管理系統(tǒng)的整體實現(xiàn)流程,本文首先討論了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,指出了系統(tǒng)當前待解決的主要問題和主要工作。接著深入分析了系統(tǒng)整體需求,對系統(tǒng)進行了合理劃分,并對各個模塊進行了詳細需求描述。然后進行了系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計,主要描述了對系統(tǒng)目標的分析、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的設(shè)計以及對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的研究。接著又進行了系統(tǒng)詳細設(shè)計,對核心功能模塊中所涉及到的實現(xiàn)類和實現(xiàn)過程進行了描述,并將實現(xiàn)過程中用到的技術(shù)進行了展示。然后研究了系統(tǒng)的整體實現(xiàn)過程,展示了功能效果圖和實現(xiàn)活動圖,并公布了部分功能實現(xiàn)代碼并對系統(tǒng)進行了用力測試。最后對系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計過程進行了簡單總結(jié),并對系統(tǒng)的前景進行了展望。 本系統(tǒng)基于JAVA技術(shù)與SQL SERVER 2000數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)合應(yīng)用的報刊管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),論文對報刊管理系統(tǒng)在濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心實際工作中所承擔(dān)的任務(wù)做了一定的探討。首先列舉了系統(tǒng)待解決的主要問題,并根據(jù)濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心報刊管理系統(tǒng)實際調(diào)研背景,通過JDBC連接數(shù)據(jù)庫、JSP技術(shù)實現(xiàn)報刊管理系統(tǒng)。 濱海區(qū)報刊管理主要實現(xiàn)的工作包括基礎(chǔ)信息管理、客戶管理、銷售管理、系統(tǒng)維護等方面的內(nèi)容。其中基本信息管理中完成了報刊信息錄入、報刊信息表打印、報刊查詢、作者信息錄入、作者明細表打印、稿件處理表打印、作者查詢等功能；客戶管理中包括訂戶信息錄入、訂戶信息表打印、訂戶查詢、非訂戶錄入、非訂戶表、非訂戶查詢、廣告信息錄入、廣告信息表、廣告查詢等方面的管理；銷售管理中包括報刊零售錄入、零售表打印、零售查詢、零售退貨錄入、庫存管理。這些管理模塊之間共同合作,在報刊管理工作中完成了各自的任務(wù),是報刊管理工作可以正常有序的進行下去的有力保障。 通過該系統(tǒng)的報刊零售、退貨等一系列的模塊,實現(xiàn)了濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心互聯(lián)、互通、互操作的網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公應(yīng)用,徹底改變了以往濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心報刊模式,提高了濱海區(qū)宣傳文化中心報刊管理辦公工作的高效率運行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the coastal area in strict accordance with national laws and regulations, to develop their own economy, and has made remarkable achievements in all fields. Recently, the propaganda and cultural center of Binhai District in order to speed up its political, economic, the rapid spread of culture, has developed a variety of promotional measures, meet the propaganda and cultural center of the coastal area for a variety of the dissemination of information needs. The past propaganda cultural center news department adopts manual operation more old-fashioned in the development of newspapers, not only the efficiency is low, and the quality and effectiveness of newspaper information are not recognized, leading to the propaganda and cultural center of the dissemination of information was blocked. In order to solve this problem, the propaganda and cultural center of Binhai District News Department had in-depth discussions and reached consensus. The propaganda and cultural center news department will combine their own work experience, and the introduction of computer management Technology strives to design a set of newspapers and periodicals management system to achieve the automatic management of news and newspaper making and distribution, hoping to meet the management of press and periodicals in the propaganda and culture center of Binhai District.
This paper describes the whole news, newspaper management system of propaganda and cultural center of the coastal areas of the implementation process, this paper first discusses the development background and research status at home and abroad, pointed out that the system is currently the main problems to be solved and the main work. Then in-depth analysis of the overall system requirements, a reasonable division of the system, and each detailed requirements description. Then the system design, mainly describes the goal of system analysis, system design and architecture of the system database. Then the detailed design of the system, the implementation class and the core modules are involved in the implementation process are described, and will make use of the technical process was presented. Then the system's overall implementation process, demonstrates the capabilities to achieve the effect diagrams and activity diagrams, and published some of the work can be realized The code is tested and the system is tested. Finally, the design process of the system is briefly summarized, and the prospect of the system is prospected.
The system of JAVA technology and SQL SERVER 2000 database management system based on the combination of the development of newspaper application, this paper has done some research on the newspaper management system to carry out the propaganda and cultural center of the actual work in the coastal areas of the task. Firstly lists the main problems to be solved in the system, according to the coastal area newspaper management system actual propaganda and cultural center the research background, through the JDBC connection database, realize the newspaper management system JSP technology.
The main coastal area newspaper management work includes basic information management, customer management, sales management, system maintenance and other aspects. The basic information management achieve the goal of information input, printing information sheet, press inquiries, the information input, the authors list printing, manuscript processing sheet printing, the author inquiries and other functions; customer management includes subscriber information input, information table print subscribers, subscriber query, non subscriber input, non subscriber table, non subscriber query, advertising information input, advertising information table, advertising inquiries and other aspects of the management; sales management including newspapers and retail retail retail table entry, query, print, retail return entry, inventory management. The cooperation between these management modules, complete their task in the press management work, is the administration of newspapers and magazines can guarantee the normal and orderly proceed.
Through this system, newspapers and retail, return and a series of modules to achieve the propaganda and cultural center of the coastal area interconnection, interoperability, network office application interoperability, thoroughly changed the propaganda and cultural center of the coastal zone and mode, to improve the efficiency of the propaganda and cultural center of Binhai District Newspaper Management Office work.
