【摘要】： 隨著時代發(fā)展和社會進步，以多媒體為代表的網(wǎng)絡技術日益滲透到企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動中，企業(yè)管理模式由科學管理模式逐步演變?yōu)橐跃W(wǎng)絡技術為基礎的網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營管理模式。國外對網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營管理的研究始于20世紀90年代末期，理論研究雖取得一定成果，但研究不夠深入和系統(tǒng)。國內(nèi)對網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營管理處于介紹階段，特別是用網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營管理理論指導傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的實踐活動剛剛開始。開展以網(wǎng)絡技術為基礎的網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營管理理論在有色企業(yè)應用的研究，有效指導有色企業(yè)提高管理水平，對提高國際競爭力具有重要意義。 本論文以有色企業(yè)開展網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營為主線，科學認識有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營發(fā)展態(tài)勢，深入構建網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營主體及其對象，探索網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營模式，提出網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略，設計網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營方案，構造出比較完整的網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營管理應用理論體系。采用理論研究與實證研究，定性研究與定量研究相結合的方法，具體從以下幾方面展開研究： 網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營。本部分對企業(yè)開展網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營的商務特點、商務模型、購買過程、前提條件、成功因素，模型特點等進行深入研究，科學認識網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營的應用內(nèi)涵。 有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀分析。本部分對有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀進行了總結，并對有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營中存在的問題從總體概況、經(jīng)營主體、供應鏈、價值鏈、服務鏈、網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略六方面進行了分析。 網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營主體及對象研究。本部分對網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營的主體——網(wǎng)絡企業(yè)所要求的企業(yè)內(nèi)部構造、外部形象、組織模型、發(fā)展要求，分形管理、發(fā)展技巧等幾方面進行研究，全面闡述了網(wǎng)絡企業(yè)的存在基礎；對網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營對象——網(wǎng)絡顧客的詳細研究是在簡要論述有色企業(yè)顧客的基礎上，對網(wǎng)絡時代企業(yè)的顧客分類、特點及行為方式進行論述，并對影響購買決策的因素進行了深入分析，充分敘述顧客購買行為。 網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營模式分析。本部分研究分析了網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營的三種模式。在供應鏈模式部分，論述了擴展供應鏈、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、經(jīng)營過程重構、配送、庫存等幾方面涉及擴展供應鏈的要素，提出了優(yōu)化供應鏈的相應方法。在價值鏈模式部分，運用馬克思的勞動價值論以及西方經(jīng)濟學的有關原理，論述擴展價值鏈、數(shù)字化管理，合作伙伴關系和價值增值過程。在服務鏈模式部分，以闡述服務鏈的基本概念為基礎，結合服務鏈的數(shù)學原理分析，深入論述了擴展服務鏈的內(nèi)涵，提出了服務優(yōu)化和服務重構的基本原理。 網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略研究。本部分論述了動態(tài)戰(zhàn)略的形成和特點，強調(diào)了市場研究的重要性，實施實情經(jīng)濟的必要性，規(guī)劃制定網(wǎng)絡廣告的策略性，，樹立網(wǎng)站品牌緊迫性。 有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營方案研究。本部分首先對網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營方案進行了 昆明理工大學博士學位論文 設計，然后結合有色企業(yè)探索網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營主體、網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營模式、網(wǎng)絡經(jīng) 營戰(zhàn)略等方面進行了論述，實現(xiàn)了理論與實踐的有機統(tǒng)一． 上述幾部分研究內(nèi)容結合網(wǎng)絡信息技術發(fā)展，用管理學、經(jīng)濟學 等學科的理論和方法審視網(wǎng)絡化的現(xiàn)代化管理，理論創(chuàng)新結合數(shù)學模 型分析，拓寬應用范圍，有利于指導有色企業(yè)有效開展網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)營管理 實踐，進一步用先進的新經(jīng)濟理論、網(wǎng)絡時代管理理論指導有色企業(yè) 實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的管理現(xiàn)代化，對新興行業(yè)和傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)也具有重要現(xiàn)實 意義，也對完善新經(jīng)濟理論、網(wǎng)絡時代管理理論具有重要理論意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and social progress, with multimedia network technology represented increasing penetration into the enterprise production and business activities, enterprise management mode by scientific management mode gradually evolved into a network management model based on network technology. The foreign study on network management began in late 1990s, theoretical research has achieved certain results, but the study is not deep enough and system. The stage of network management in China, especially the guidance of traditional business practices with the network management theory has just begun. In the research of nonferrous metals enterprise application network management theory based on network technology, effectively guide the nonferrous metals enterprises to improve the level of management, it has important significance to improve the international competitiveness.
This paper carried out in nonferrous enterprise network management as the main line, the scientific understanding of nonferrous metals enterprise network business development trend, further construction of network management main body and object, explore the network business model, put forward the network management strategy, design the network management scheme, constructed the theoretical system of network application management more complete. The theoretical and empirical research, qualitative method research and quantitative research combined with the specific research from the following aspects:
Network operation. This part studies the business characteristics, business models, purchase process, prerequisites, success factors and model features of network operation, and scientifically understands the connotation of network operation.
The present situation of the network operation of nonferrous enterprises is analyzed. In this part, the current situation of the network operation of the nonferrous enterprises is summarized, and the problems existing in the network operation of the nonferrous enterprises are analyzed from the following six aspects: the general situation, the main body of operation, the supply chain, the value chain, the service chain and the network operation strategy.
Research on network management main body and object. The internal structure, this part of the network management is the subject of network required by the enterprise external image, organization model, development, management of several aspects of fractal, development skills, a comprehensive exposition of the foundation of the enterprise network; detailed research on network management object -- network customer is based on a brief discussion of nonferrous enterprise customer. The customer classification of enterprise network age, characteristics and behavior are discussed, analyzes the factors which affect the purchase decision-making, the full description to the customer purchase behavior.
The analysis of network business model. This part analyses the three modes of network management. In the supply chain model, discusses the extended supply chain, product development, business process reengineering, distribution, inventory and other aspects involving elements of the extended supply chain, put forward the corresponding method to optimize the supply chain. In the part of value chain. The use of Marx's labor theory of value and the principle of western economics, discusses the extended value chain, digital management, partnership and value-added processes. In the service chain, to elaborate the basic concept of the service chain as the foundation, combined with the analysis of the mathematical principle of the service chain, further discusses the connotation of extended service chain is put forward. The basic principle of service optimization and service reconfiguration.
The research of network operation strategy. This section discusses the formation and characteristics of dynamic strategy, emphasizes the importance of market research, the necessity of implementing the real economy, formulates the strategy of online advertising, and establishes the urgency of website brand.
