【摘要】：對于“獨立電影”中“獨立”的具體概念，在國際上至今都還存在爭議。那么，中國的“獨立紀錄片”的獨立與非獨立的問題應該怎么區(qū)分呢？在中國特殊的政治經(jīng)濟環(huán)境和復雜的社會語境下誕生的獨立紀錄片，更加難以界定其“獨立”的具體含義。通過對獨立紀錄片產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展的研究，最終得出了“獨立”即是非官方制作并且沒有進入官方主流渠道播映的獨立記錄影像作品�？萍嫉陌l(fā)展，DV技術的普及為這個時代留下了較前人更為豐富、鮮活的影像記錄，DV技術對中國獨立紀錄片發(fā)展的影響尤為顯著�！癉V教父”吳文光曾說：“DV的出現(xiàn)改變了紀錄片，至少紀錄片不再是一部分人擁有的權力和工具�！盌V的出現(xiàn)，改變了紀錄片代表國家主流媒體的局面，促進了“新紀錄片運動”的深入發(fā)展，形成中國獨立紀錄片的繁榮局面。 筆者按照“獨立紀錄片”的起源、發(fā)展、現(xiàn)今、未來等四個時間節(jié)點對中國獨立紀錄片的意義界定、發(fā)展期間的繁榮鼎盛狀態(tài)、現(xiàn)今遭遇的困境和對未來的發(fā)展做出了客觀的分析與預測。在對中國獨立紀錄片突破和崛起的具體表現(xiàn)進行闡述，并對其繁榮鼎盛的發(fā)展原因進行分析；在對中國獨立紀錄片發(fā)展過程中遇到的挑戰(zhàn)和發(fā)展策略的具體分析中還適當?shù)牟迦肓酥型馇闆r的對比，通過對國外獨立紀錄片發(fā)展的學習與參考，找到適合我國紀錄片發(fā)展的方法和途徑。一味的模仿與迎合國外的方法與標準只會讓我們的獨立紀錄片失去光彩。伴隨著科技的發(fā)展和輕便攝像機的普及，，個人影像時代正在來臨；同時傳播渠道更趨多元化。對于我們的獨立創(chuàng)作者而言，獨立紀錄片的創(chuàng)作中沒有捷徑可走，他們必須站在貼合現(xiàn)實的角度，并不斷提升自己的創(chuàng)作和技術能力；重視新媒體的傳播方式和本土文化市場的培養(yǎng)，只要做好了上述準備我國獨立紀錄片百花齊放的春天則不再遙遠。
[Abstract]:The concept of "independence" in Independent Film is still controversial all over the world. So, how to distinguish the independence and non-independence of China's "independent documentary"? It is more difficult to define the concrete meaning of "independence" because of the emergence of independent documentary under the special political and economic environment and complicated social context in China. Through the research on the emergence and development of independent documentaries, it is concluded that "independence" is an independent recorded video work which is not produced by the government and has not been broadcast in the official mainstream channel. The development of science and technology and the popularization of DV technology have left more abundant in this era than before. The impact of live video recording technology on the development of independent documentaries in China is particularly significant. "the advent of DV has changed documentaries," Wu Wenguang, the Godfather of DV, once said. At least documentary is no longer the power and tool of some people. "the emergence of DV has changed the situation that documentary represents the national mainstream media, promoted the further development of" New documentary Movement "and formed the prosperity of independent documentary in China. According to the origin, development, present and future of the independent documentary, the author defines the significance of the independent documentary in China, and the prosperous state during the development. The difficulties encountered today and the development of the future made an objective analysis and prediction. In the Chinese independent documentary breakthrough and the rise of the specific performance of the elaboration, and its prosperous and prosperous development reasons are analyzed; In the specific analysis of the challenges and development strategies encountered in the development of independent documentaries in China, it also appropriately inserts a comparison between Chinese and foreign situations, and through the study and reference of the development of independent documentaries abroad, To find a suitable way for the development of documentary film in China. Blindly imitating and catering to foreign methods and standards will only make our independent documentary lose its luster. With the development of technology and the popularization of portable cameras, the era of personal image is coming. For our independent creators, there are no shortcuts to the creation of independent documentaries, they must stand in the perspective of reality, and constantly improve their creative and technical capabilities; Pay attention to the new media and the cultivation of the local culture market, as long as the preparation of China's independent documentary blooming spring is no longer far away.
