【摘要】：【目的】為科技期刊國(guó)際化程度提供定量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和方法。【方法】借鑒相關(guān)研究成果闡述科技學(xué)術(shù)期刊國(guó)際化的實(shí)質(zhì)性?xún)?nèi)涵特征,分析科技學(xué)術(shù)期刊國(guó)際化程度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的計(jì)算參數(shù),提出以國(guó)際論文數(shù)量、國(guó)際引用頻次、稿源國(guó)數(shù)量、引用國(guó)數(shù)量為基本統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的科技學(xué)術(shù)期刊國(guó)際化程度指標(biāo)計(jì)算公式�！窘Y(jié)果】給出科技學(xué)術(shù)期刊國(guó)際化學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)量、國(guó)際化廣度、國(guó)際化強(qiáng)度以及國(guó)際化程度綜合指標(biāo)計(jì)算公式和計(jì)算示例,并簡(jiǎn)述其作用和意義�！窘Y(jié)論】用期刊國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)量、期刊國(guó)際化廣度、期刊國(guó)際化強(qiáng)度以及期刊國(guó)際化程度綜合指標(biāo),可以對(duì)期刊國(guó)際化程度進(jìn)行全面、綜合評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to provide quantitative evaluation indexes and methods for the degree of internationalization of sci-tech journals. [methods] to expound the substantive connotation characteristics of the internationalization of sci-tech academic journals based on relevant research results. This paper analyzes the calculation parameters of the evaluation index of the degree of internationalization of sci-tech academic journals, and puts forward that the number of international papers, the frequency of international citations, the number of source countries, The formula for calculating the degree of internationalization of scientific and technological academic journals using the number of countries as the basic statistical data is presented. [results] the contribution and breadth of internationalization of scientific and technological academic journals are given. The calculation formula and examples of the comprehensive index of internationalization intensity and degree of internationalization are given, and its function and significance are briefly described. [conclusion] the international academic contribution of journals and the scope of internationalization of periodicals are used. The comprehensive index of periodical internationalization intensity and periodical internationalization degree can comprehensively and synthetically evaluate the periodical internationalization degree.
