“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時(shí)代的教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究—以W公司為例
摘 要
本研究,基于具體的企業(yè)出發(fā),通過(guò)從國(guó)內(nèi)教育培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展進(jìn)程、國(guó)內(nèi)教育培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)整體情況等方面闡述了我國(guó)教育培訓(xùn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并指出傳統(tǒng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展在線教育的可行性以及在線教育培訓(xùn)的特點(diǎn)及優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)采用波士頓矩陣對(duì)于所選擇的企業(yè)的四個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了分析,并分別指出了其發(fā)展策略,進(jìn)一步通過(guò)SWOT等方法對(duì)于所選擇企業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,指出其存在具有一定的成本優(yōu)勢(shì)等7個(gè)方面的主要優(yōu)勢(shì),存在在線教育相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才欠缺等六個(gè)方面的主要劣勢(shì),存在在線教育的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模逐年增大,并且得到了資本的格外重視等5個(gè)方面的主要機(jī)會(huì),存在融資落后等4個(gè)方面的主要威脅。進(jìn)一步基于基于SWOT分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)教育特點(diǎn)以及W公司的實(shí)際情況,提出了W公司的發(fā)展路徑,指出當(dāng)從護(hù)鞏固傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目日語(yǔ)面授業(yè)務(wù),鞏固培養(yǎng)留學(xué)游學(xué)業(yè)務(wù),保障企業(yè)變現(xiàn)能力,為發(fā)展在線教育業(yè)務(wù)提供資金支持等8個(gè)方面加強(qiáng)建設(shè),通過(guò)相關(guān)的分析力求為傳統(tǒng)教育培訓(xùn)業(yè)向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)教育轉(zhuǎn)型提供適應(yīng)時(shí)代特征的意見(jiàn)建議。

Abstract

1.1.1研究背景
伴隨著國(guó)家改革開(kāi)放的腳步不斷的前進(jìn),經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)取得了不斷的進(jìn)步,也讓社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得越來(lái)越激烈,而且激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,想要取得優(yōu)勢(shì),技能、學(xué)歷等自然成為了重要的條件,在這種情況下,,無(wú)論是針對(duì)中小學(xué)生的各種教育培訓(xùn),還是針對(duì)成人的各種教育培訓(xùn),取得較大的發(fā)展,即使是在2008年金融危機(jī)下,教育培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)所收到的影響也較小,并且還迎來(lái)了投資的高潮。據(jù)艾瑞數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)的報(bào)告顯示,早在2012年,我國(guó)的教育培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)就達(dá)到了9600億,而教育部所公布的2010年到2014年的《全國(guó)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)》也顯示,每年的培訓(xùn)人次超過(guò)了850萬(wàn)。而作為教育培訓(xùn)行業(yè)新出現(xiàn)并且發(fā)展迅速的在線教育培訓(xùn)更是取得了迅速的發(fā)展,一方面國(guó)家從政策上出臺(tái)了眾多的有利政策,例如在2014年,為了進(jìn)一步的深化行政審批制度的改革,對(duì)于包括利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)試試遠(yuǎn)程高等學(xué)歷教育的網(wǎng)校的審批進(jìn)行了取消,利好的政策較好的促進(jìn)了在線教育培訓(xùn)的發(fā)展,為了創(chuàng)造了較好的政策條件,另一方面眾多的資本紛紛涉及到該領(lǐng)域,僅僅在2014年,學(xué)堂在線等眾多的在線教育企業(yè)獲得了高達(dá)上千萬(wàn)美元的投資,此外眾多的原本并不屬于這一行業(yè)的企業(yè)涉及到這一行業(yè),例如阿里巴巴、海倫鋼琴、YY、人人網(wǎng)、360等其他行業(yè)的巨頭。資本的聚集推動(dòng)了這一行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。而伴隨著教育培訓(xùn)行業(yè)發(fā)展以及在線教育培訓(xùn)迅速崛起的是,傳統(tǒng)的教育培訓(xùn)行業(yè)面臨著較大的挑戰(zhàn),早在2009年,北京瑞來(lái)英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)兩家知名機(jī)構(gòu)倒閉,武漢著名的英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)靈格風(fēng)倒閉,而在2014年,在眾多的地區(qū)發(fā)生了培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)倒閉,例如成都和重慶的南瓜英語(yǔ),廣州新動(dòng)態(tài)惠思兒童英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)學(xué)校。對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)說(shuō),如何抓住機(jī)遇,應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),在整體行業(yè)發(fā)展中獲得自身的生存發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),就成為眾多的傳統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。
