【摘要】:隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,計算機(jī)技術(shù)和電子測量技術(shù)的結(jié)合形成了自動測試系統(tǒng),使得電子測量技術(shù)產(chǎn)生了質(zhì)的飛躍。自動測試系統(tǒng)在測試速度、效率、精度、可靠性以及測試數(shù)據(jù)的可交換性等方面較傳統(tǒng)的電子測量儀器更具優(yōu)勢。虛擬電子測量儀器集成系統(tǒng)是吉林大學(xué)自己研制的一套自動測試系統(tǒng),采用模塊化的設(shè)計理念,將各種電子測量儀器集成為可以實現(xiàn)對應(yīng)測量功能的模塊板卡,然后通過自定義的總線技術(shù)連接在一起,組建成為一個可以實現(xiàn)各種電子測量功能的測試工具。本文主要工作是虛擬電子測量儀器集成系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)的研究與設(shè)計。第一,研究現(xiàn)有的各種總線技術(shù),提煉出一種適合本系統(tǒng)的總線技術(shù);第二,設(shè)計系統(tǒng)控制器和各個模塊化儀器之間的通信協(xié)議;第三,設(shè)計USB2.0系統(tǒng)控制器用來實現(xiàn)上位機(jī)和模塊化儀器之間的數(shù)據(jù)通信,USB2.0系統(tǒng)控制器的設(shè)計包括硬件電路設(shè)計和固件程序開發(fā);第四,系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動程序開發(fā),系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動程序是上位機(jī)與系統(tǒng)控制器之間通信的“橋梁”,USB驅(qū)動程序內(nèi)封裝了有關(guān)USB接口操作的函數(shù),上位機(jī)LabVIEW通過調(diào)用DLL中的函數(shù)訪問USB通用驅(qū)動程序,實現(xiàn)對USB接口的操作。最后,通過系統(tǒng)測試驗證了本文所設(shè)計的虛擬電子測量儀器集成系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)上位機(jī)軟件與模塊化儀器之間的通信,達(dá)到設(shè)計目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, the combination of computer technology and electronic measurement technology has formed an automatic test system, which has made a qualitative leap in electronic measurement technology.The automatic test system has more advantages than the traditional electronic measuring instruments in the aspects of test speed, efficiency, precision, reliability and the exchangeability of test data.Virtual electronic measuring instrument integration system is a set of automatic test system developed by Jilin University. With the modular design concept, various electronic measuring instruments can be integrated into a module card that can realize the corresponding measurement function.Then it is connected by custom bus technology to form a testing tool which can realize various electronic measurement functions.The main work of this paper is the research and design of the integrated system infrastructure of virtual electronic measuring instruments.First, study the existing bus technology, extract a bus technology suitable for the system; second, design the communication protocol between the system controller and various modular instruments; third,The design of USB2.0 system controller is used to realize the data communication between host computer and modularized instrument. The design of USB2.0 system controller includes hardware circuit design and firmware program development.The system driver is the "bridge" of communication between the host computer and the system controller, which encapsulates the function of the USB interface operation. The upper computer LabVIEW accesses the USB universal driver by calling the function in the DLL.Implement the operation of USB interface.Finally, the system test proves that the integrated system infrastructure of virtual electronic measurement instrument designed in this paper can realize the communication between the host computer software and the modular instrument, and achieve the design goal.
