【摘要】：電子病歷的英文名稱為Electronic Medical Record簡稱EMR,也稱為計算機(jī)化的病歷或計算機(jī)的病人診療記錄,取代了傳統(tǒng)的手寫紙張病歷,使用電子信息化設(shè)備記錄和管理病人的醫(yī)療檔案信息[1]。醫(yī)院想要提高整體服務(wù)質(zhì)量,在提高硬件基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平的同時也要加強(qiáng)發(fā)展信息化建設(shè)。加速發(fā)展醫(yī)院內(nèi)的電子病歷信息化水平,是醫(yī)療行業(yè)提高整體服務(wù)質(zhì)量的必然趨勢。目前,我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生部門大力推行信息化,采取各種行動推動電子病歷系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。電子病歷在國外的發(fā)展已經(jīng)日趨成熟。在我國已經(jīng)有越來越多的從業(yè)者也開始認(rèn)識到電子病歷的重要性。電子病歷系統(tǒng)(EMR)的設(shè)計與開發(fā)首先要對電子病歷的基本定義進(jìn)行分析,其次需要對基本開發(fā)工具進(jìn)行熟悉,明確開發(fā)電子病歷的總體開發(fā)構(gòu)架,針對具體的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計。本文設(shè)計的電子病歷系統(tǒng)采用的常見的B/S構(gòu)架,客戶機(jī)界面使用CSP+JavaScript技術(shù)來實現(xiàn)。B/S架構(gòu)是通過瀏覽器直接訪問服務(wù)端的模式不需要使用專門的應(yīng)用程序。采用B/S架構(gòu)是未來的發(fā)展趨勢,不需要做任何的安裝步驟即用即走,并且該模式可以與Internet網(wǎng)無縫結(jié)合,甚至直接部署在Internet網(wǎng)上。當(dāng)程序更新或者升級時不需要對每個客戶端進(jìn)行升級,直接更新服務(wù)端程序即可體現(xiàn)到程序上。數(shù)據(jù)庫使用Caché2016,它提供了快速的查詢速度和大規(guī)模處理數(shù)據(jù)的能力,并且能二十四小時不間斷的保障大型系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運行。
[Abstract]:The English name of electronic medical record is Electronic Medical Record, which is also called computerized medical record or computerized patient diagnosis and treatment record. It replaces the traditional handwritten paper medical record and uses electronic information equipment to record and manage the patient's medical file information [1].Hospitals want to improve the overall service quality, while improving the level of hardware infrastructure and medical services, but also to strengthen the development of information construction.It is an inevitable trend for the medical profession to improve the overall service quality by speeding up the development of electronic medical records information level in hospitals.At present, China's medical and health departments vigorously promote information, take various actions to promote the development of electronic medical records system.The development of electronic medical records in foreign countries has become increasingly mature.In China, more and more practitioners have begun to realize the importance of electronic medical records.The design and development of EMR (Electronic Medical record system) is based on the analysis of the basic definition of EMR, the familiarity with the basic development tools, and a clear understanding of the overall development framework of EMR.Detailed design for specific business processes.The common B / S architecture used in the electronic medical record system is designed in this paper. The client interface uses CSP JavaScript technology to realize the. B / S architecture. The mode of accessing the server directly through the browser does not need special application program.The adoption of B / S architecture is the trend in the future. It does not need to do any installation steps, and it can be seamlessly integrated with Internet network, even deployed directly on Internet network.When the program is updated or upgraded, each client does not need to be updated, directly update the server program can be reflected in the program.The database uses Cach 茅 2016, which provides fast query speed and the ability to process data on a large scale, and can guarantee stable operation of large systems for 24 hours without interruption.
