新型絮凝-緩蝕雙效高分子的合成及性能

【摘要】:以自制曼尼希堿(A)和對(duì)丙烯酰胺苯甲酸鈉(B)為單體原料,以過硫酸鉀和亞硫酸氫鈉為復(fù)合引發(fā)劑,采用水溶液自由基聚合法制得聚合物(AB);利用響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化合成工藝條件,確定其最佳工藝條件為n(曼尼希堿A)∶n(對(duì)丙烯酰胺苯甲酸鈉B)為1.3∶1,聚合時(shí)間為6.5h及聚合溫度為80℃。采用Tafel極化曲線、AFM、XPS對(duì)該聚合物的緩蝕性能進(jìn)行了研究,同時(shí)考察了該聚合物對(duì)油田廢水的除油效果。結(jié)果表明:在50℃,聚合物的投加量為0.9%時(shí),A3鋼在20%的鹽酸溶液中緩蝕劑率達(dá)到98.9%,且該聚合物為抑制陽極為主的緩蝕劑;當(dāng)聚合物加入量為50mg/L、溫度60℃、p H=5時(shí),除油率達(dá)到90.3%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the polymer ABN was synthesized by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution from Mannich base (A) and p-acrylamide sodium benzoate (B) as monomers, potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as complex initiators, and the reaction surface method was used to optimize the synthetic conditions.The optimum conditions were determined as follows: n (Mannich base A: n) = 1.3: 1, polymerization time was 6.5 h and polymerization temperature was 80 鈩,
