銅冶煉渣固廢資源制備珠鐵的研究

【摘要】:為了最大程度地回收銅渣中的鐵資源、得到高品質(zhì)的珠鐵產(chǎn)品,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下模擬轉(zhuǎn)底爐,使用高溫爐焙燒還原由銅渣、還原煤、石灰石制備的含碳球團(tuán),直接還原生成珠鐵和渣,再通過人工挑選的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)渣鐵分離。研究了焙燒溫度、焙燒時(shí)間、還原煤用量、石灰石用量等因素對焙燒效果、珠鐵全鐵品位、鐵回收率的影響,確定較佳的球團(tuán)配料比為銅渣∶還原煤∶石灰石=100∶20∶10,較佳的焙燒條件為焙燒溫度1 400℃、焙燒時(shí)間40 min,最終可獲得鐵回收率91.04%、全鐵品位94.72%、C含量1.23%的高品質(zhì)珠鐵。
[Abstract]:In order to maximize the recovery of iron from copper slag and obtain high quality bead iron products, the carbonaceous pellets prepared from copper slag, raw coal and limestone were reduced by calciner roasting under laboratory conditions.Direct reduction produces bead iron and slag, and then realizes the separation of slag and iron by manual selection.The effects of calcination temperature, roasting time, amount of raw coal and limestone on roasting effect, total iron grade of bead iron and iron recovery rate were studied.The best pellet proportioning ratio is copper slag: raw coal: limestone 100: 20: 10.
