【摘要】：原子彈是二十世紀人類文明進程中的重要發(fā)明,對人類文明產(chǎn)生了重要影響。蘇聯(lián)作為一個世界大國,在原子彈的研發(fā)進程中取得了較大的突破。早在二戰(zhàn)之前,蘇聯(lián)就著手研究原子彈,并一直沒有放棄試圖擁有核武器。二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后更是加快了追趕美國的步伐。而美國的情報機構(gòu)對蘇聯(lián)的評估和預測出現(xiàn)了嚴重失誤,蘇聯(lián)于1949年成功研發(fā)出原子彈,比美國預測的要早很多,這讓美國措手不及,而且對美國和國際關系都造成了巨大影響。評估失誤的原因有很多,包括評估者大意、方法不當以及蘇聯(lián)人出色的間諜活動和保密工作等。鑒于之前的失誤,美國采取了一系列措施。首先是加快了熱核武器氫彈的研制步伐,力圖繼續(xù)保持對蘇聯(lián)的軍事和科技優(yōu)勢。其次是進一步評估預測蘇聯(lián)入侵美國或者對美國實施戰(zhàn)略核打擊的可能性。
[Abstract]:Atomic bomb is an important invention in the process of human civilization in the 20 th century, which has had an important influence on human civilization. The Soviet Union, as a world power, made a great breakthrough in the research and development of atomic bomb. Long before World War II, the Soviet Union began to study atomic bombs and never gave up trying to possess nuclear weapons. After the end of World War II, it accelerated the pace of catching up with the United States. The US intelligence agencies made serious mistakes in their assessment and prediction of the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union successfully developed the atomic bomb in 1949, much earlier than the United States had predicted, which caught the United States by surprise. And has had a huge impact on both American and international relations. There are many reasons for failure, including carelessness, improper methods, and Soviet espionage and secrecy. In the light of previous mistakes, the United States has taken a series of measures. The first is to accelerate the development of thermonuclear hydrogen bomb and to maintain its military and scientific superiority over the Soviet Union. The second is to assess further the possibility of a Soviet invasion or a strategic nuclear strike against the United States.
